We are excited to open our Couer d’Alene location and offer our Brazilian culinary extravaganza featuring a traditional all-you-can-experience-meat dining. Servers slice cuts of beef and other meats (lamb, chicken, pork, shrimp) at your table ensuring you get exactly what you like. Our fresh market table features various Brazilian hot dishes, vegetables and salads, and some delicacies such as our famous cheese bread and polenta. Our bar offers a variety of beverages, beers, and fine wines as well as chardonnay inspired versions of the classic Brazilian caipirinha cocktail. Boiada’s desserts are best-sellers. We were so happy to see Natalia, who was our waitress on Mother’s day. She was an outstanding server, so it came as no surprise to learn she has been promoted to manager. She is an outstanding representative of your company. She is thoughtful, attentive, and very kind. We had the pleasure of having Michael as our server tonight, for my son’s birthday. We couldn’t have been happier with his service. Michael was attentive and friendly. He explained the menu while thoughtfully making suggestions to honor my dietary restrictions. Everything we had was delicious! And as if we weren’t happily stuffed enough – three of us had the key lime pie for dessert, and, it was OUTSTANDING! We had a great night thanks to your outstanding staff, and delicious food.

Tried this restaurant for the first time today and I loved it. Atmosphere, food, and service all are great and worth trying out at least once.
I recommend trying the Brazilian Barbecue where you get lots of nonstop meat options and all you can eat salad bar. Lamb chops, ribeye, shrimp, and sausages were my favorite out of meat options. From salads I kept getting the corn salad, mushrooms, and red peppers. Oh yeah, don’t forget to try their grilled pineapple. Also, if you really crave a specific meat choice, then just request it from one of the meat serving people, they are very nice and respectful and will bring it for you so you don’t wait too long.
I was gonna try the deserts but the meats tasted too good, so didn’t leave room for sweats 🙂

From the moment we walked in it was amazing! Natalya sat us and explained the menu & we quickly decided to go for the full service meals that are $69 I believe but include the salad bar and ALL the meats! I figure you get 2 steaks and you’re spending that much anyways so why not! And just so you know they have 8 different steaks! The pork ribs were first and were the absolute best ribs I’ve ever had!! The seasoning was perfection! We went on to try literally everything and although we are about to bust it was worth every penny! My new favorite is the pineapple, amazing!
All the staff was so kind and the atmosphere was incredible.
I urge you if you’re into trying something new and elegant bring your loved one here! You won’t be sorry!!! We are bringing back everyone we know!

This is the just the best restaurant. The food is great, it is so flavorful and cooked perfectly. The dessert is somehow even better. The chocolate cake was rich and delectable and the ice cream was the prefect pairing. The waiter, Michael, was very nice and helpful to our large party.

We were so happy to find this restaurant after having enjoyed Brazilian barbecue in other cities where we have lived. We went for my husband’s birthday and it did not disappoint! This staff was extraordinarily courteous and attentive, the meat selection was great, salad bar was exceptional. The grilled pineapple is off the charts! Highly recommend this restaurant, and we will go again.

If you love brazilian rodizios, this is a great restaurant. The food was authentic, the service was fast and constant, and we left absolutely stuffed. Our kids loved it. If you havent had brazilian food before- try the cheese bread, great salad bar, and lots of meat at any temp. The grilled pineapple with cinnamon (or banana) at the end really hits the spot. My husband loves the lamb. We enjoy the artwork and atmosphere here. Loved the different samba playing and its a very beautiful experience with family.

The service that we received from the young man with blonde hair was impeccable. He was very friendly, polite, and went above and beyond our expectations. He anticipated our needs and we didn’t have to ask for anything he was right there to provide it to us. If you go ask for him and you will not be disappointed with the service you receive, I believe his name was Michael however I am not certain, he is a tall slender young man with blonde hair. This was the best service we have had in a very long time

We went in for an early dinner on New Years eve. The restaurant is quiet, clean and beautiful. We did the light dinner which included all-you-can-eat buffet and a choice of one meat. And, of course, the grilled pineapple! (My personal favorite!) I tried every item on the buffet, and I did not taste one dish I didnt like. It was all very delicious! I chose the steak as my meat. (Picanha) It was tender and juicy, with lots of amazing flavor.
The staff was extremely attentive. All of our questions and needs were promptly answered or met.
This was our 24th anniversary of meeting. (Married 23 years ) and it was the perfect place to have a romantic dinner together.
