Open late, hot and fresh, and shorter wait time than quoted for delivery. The only weird thing was there was hot honey on the bottom of our pizza. Not sure how that happened and it wasn’t terrible, but it wasn’t what I wanted.
Bread sticks and cheese sticks are the highlight for sure. Nacho cheese and ranch are must haves. The garlic butter is incredible. Always get extra dips because it’s worth it.
**updated review: Mike was prompt to offer a generous solution to the mistake. In times where customer service is lacking and often companies make you feel belittled or unimportant, Hotbox took accountability. That’s first class in my book.

I’ve been eating HotBox since they were originally, “Pizza Express.” The service, and food I received today TERRIBLE! Absolutely disgusting, and beyond rude! I came during lunch time and I requested fresh Pizza and Breadsticks… Well Ig since I wanted “fresh food” it was a problem, so I was given half done pizza. When asked if there was an exit to the back parking the woman just pointed at the hall. I didn’t know if she was having a bad day or if it was because I wanted fresh food, either way… I do not plan to EVER go back to the Broad Ripple location.. I go there so much, I know she’s been working there an awful long time, absolutely disgusting attitude.

When we occasionally make it back from NY I absolutely crave pizza like this. Amazing crust that is crispy but chewy at the same time. Thin but not too thin. The pepperoni pizza has a nice kick. The sauce is bright and acidic with a notable oregano / basil taste.

Hotbox was my favorite pizza when I lived in West Lafayette. I moved to a region that did not have any HotBox Pizzas within driving distance. I’m currently on vacation here in Indianapolis and I decided to stop by and order a pie
Yesterday was the first day I’ve had HotBox in about 7 years. It was amazing how strongly all the memories came flooding back. So many good times spent with friends eating pizza and breadsticks.
My friend pointed out how happy the employees were. The manager on duty joked with us a bit and was very friendly. The staff brought us extra plates without being asked.
I will definitely be coming back again! I hope it’s sooner than 7 years though! LOL!

Super shocked to see this place had a 3.8 star rating. My husband and I stopped in for carry out tonight. We ordered a large Porky the Pie on thin crust, an order of breadsticks and drinks for $30. The wait was 10, maybe 15 minutes tops! Everything was perfect and delicious! Who doesn’t love a fresh hot pizza! The bread stix are quality. Nice sized stix with flavorful garlic butter coating and a good portioned cup of the good nacho cheese
Staff was friendly, the inside was clean and organized. We liked the set up with the bay like window facing the strip!
