Rude drive thru crew that don’t even know what’s on their own menu. The drink portions are inconsistent, meaning you don’t get what you pay for. It’s just clear no one here cares about their jobs.

Some of the rudest employees you’ll ever meet who truly hate their jobs. Tried to by a chocolate milk at the counter after pre-ordering food and was ignored for more than a few minutes and when I said something i was told they’re too busy to notice me standing at the register. As I left the store he proceeded to cuss to the other employees about me saying “did you hear that shit”as there are at least 6 people in there not one said hello, be with you in a minute, nothing.

I have been a regular of this location for the last six years. In the last year, I am so disgusted and disappointed with how downhill this location has gone. The new manager is extremely rude. Does not say hello or good morning and has his back turned when there are people in line at the register whoever decided to hire this new manager needs to get their head checked. I will say the only positive part of this store is seeing Hannah, Susan and Brittanie every day.

Most of the staff here are children who do NOT want to work at all, so they make it seem like doing their job is an inconvenience. My order is always made mediocre at best which isn’t my issue, my issue is the quality of service always being the lowest of the low. Today I ordered inside and once the woman came to the register to take my order, she never greeted me or asked my order, she just stared at me and I stared back until she started to ask for my order. I always said please and thank you but that was the entire conversation. I will no longer be going to this location due to the employees customer service, I’d rather drive the extra 10 minutes to the Woonsocket location on Park Ave, they have AMAZING service.

Unbelievable. This location used to be so good and efficient when the previous manager worked there. The current employees are slow and incompetent. As someone who has worked at dunkin in the past, i try to have empathy, however, when my simple coffee order is wrong almost every time, im so angry. Never going to that location again. The manager with glasses is so miserable!!! She argued with me about my order which wasn’t even correct!! Slow, incompetent. I don’t understand how it can be so slow when there’s 10 people working! I will be contacting corporate. I went there this morning, they handed me a large iced coffee and I informed them I ordered a medium. They said they charged me for a medium but I could take the large. I took the large, read the tag and said it’s not even my order. Really sad that so many miserable and incompetent people can work at the same place.

I do enjoy Dunkin and I do frequent different locations. This one has declined quite a bit over the past year. Most obvious of issue is that I order my drinks with “Less Ice” in the App and most of the time this is ignored. My most recent drink I ordered from them had “Less Ice” but I couldn’t even fit the straw in because of the excessive amount of ice and the cup was not even filled up (about 4/5ths). Other locations seem to understand the order, though I am unsure why this one has such a hard time reading instructions.

I ordered a plain bagel with cream cheese on the side. When my daughter opened the bag, the bagel had cream cheese already on it and it was very sloppy!
