Her friendliness, professionalism, and genuine enthusiasm really stood out. She made us feel welcomed and taken care of, and that made a huge difference in our overall experience. Customer service like that does not go unnoticed. Thank you, Ruth.
Any ways is like 30 mins to go and back
They always forget to put something in my order.
This time they don’t put any ranch dressing in my order, not even a side.
And it was a big order
My son have to go back and ask for the dressing
Sorry my English
I hope you understand my frustration
They were hitting all the right notes crispy, flavorful, and worth the hype….
But then came the fries. Oh, the fries. They weren’t just undercooked; they were practically still potatoes auditioning for the fryer. Limp, soggy, and sad, these fries made me question my life choices. They were so bad, I didn’t even hate eat them, they went straight into the trash, no ceremony. I don’t know if the fryer went on strike, but these things were next level soggy. Like, ‘should I wring these out or call FEMA?’ soggy
I get it, though. The staff looked like they were running on fumes, juggling orders like a bad circus act. Props to them for trying their best, but these fries basically went from the box straight to the trash. I feel bad knocking them too hard. Respect to them for powering through, but at the same time… y’all, fries deserve love too!
Final verdict? A solid three stars. Come for the wings, but maybe skip the fries unless you like them with a side of disappointment. The wings will bring me back, but unless the fries start living up to their potential, I’m skipping them like a gym day.
