I called in an order to lil ceasers in Carnesville,ga around 4pm to pick up by 6. When I got there it was about 6:50. They waited u til I walked in to place my pizzas in the oven which made me have to wait til about 6:07-6:10. What is the point in calling in an order to be ready at a certain time if it isn’t going to. Not only did I have to wait for my pizza, but they messed it up. They were supposed to be crazy crust pizzas,and they were not. Two different people dressed my pizzas (I seen it with my own eyes). When the last pizza came out the worker must not have known what crazy crust was because he looked confused (does he need to be retrained)? He then continues to put butter on the crust and drown the pizza in the Italian seasoning before I could say anything and stop him. He then grabs my other pizza out the warmer and asked if it was supposed to be crazy crust too. That is when another employee had to come over and stop him from doing the same thing and had to show him that he is supposed to use Parmesan not Italian seasoning. One of my pizzas wasn’t even done all the way. So disappointed in the management for not training better and for the employees for not caring about giving a decent experience.

Every time I come here, the pizza is top quality. I’ve honestly never been to a better Little Caesar’s, and they’re pretty quick. Everyone is always nice and seems to genuinely be working hard to do their jobs.

So disappointed with this transaction! I appreciate FAST service, but I also like my food cooked completely! Got a texted extremely fast saying our order was ready which seemed rushed. And sure enough it was. Whoever prepaped the food didnt cook the pizza completely. The dough was so stretchy and still raw dough like. And when they closed the box, they smashed the edge of the pizza so when we opened it, it literally peeled all the topping off. So we had to redistribute the toppings back on it. The crazy bread was also under cooked and the chicken wings were over done and dry!
Its unfortunate that all this was discovered until we were well on our way back down the road.
Definately recommend that you check your orders before you get to far. They dont seem to know how to cook at this location.

I asked for Well done pizzas. 2 were white and 1 was super dark brown. I paid for extramost sausage, but got a light sprinkle of sausage. Come on guys, its not surgery.

Went in to order a very simple order that should have already been prepared got the worst customer service from the boy who was running the cash register went in to order crazy bread but worded it differently and the boy was arguing with me telling me they don’t have it. Then once I corrected myself and order the correct thing which was crazy bread he still proceeded to argue with me regarding my order. After that he went to the back with the food and started making orders with no hair net and long hair and never washed his hands after dealing with the register. I do not recommend going here to anyone the worst service possible!!!

This has got to be the worst little ceasers that I have ever dealt with!! Only one employee on day shift is clean and sober and she works her butt off, Certain Employees are almost always late, if they even show up at all! One was smoking inside the restaurant and the owner let’s them do whatever they want!! The cooler has water leaking into the food inside, the cook line is kept cool by bags of ice, and the air hasn’t been fixed even though the owner lied and said they were waiting on a part. Don’t eat there and you most definitely don’t want to work there!!
