Well it has been a while since we ordered and I have to say tonight’s order was Kick-Ass awesome. Everything was cooked as requested and piping hot even for delivery. Delivery driver Michael was wonderful, pleasant, happy, and smiled. I called the store and spoke with manager Matthew to let him know.

Managers are rude. Certain managers do certain things instead of everyone being on the same page across the board. I called to get an order fixed that I ordered from DoorDash before it get delivered and they wouldn’t do it but the time before when I ordered a pizza wrong they sent a brand new one after it got sent. That makes no sense? I called before it even said it was ready. TERRIBLE SERVICE DO NOT RECOMMEND

Absolutely terrible during night shift, my order is NEVER right, and for it to be the closest store to me it ALWAYS takes over an hour to get my food from store to my door. I’ve gotten the refunds, I truly don’t care about the money, I LOVE pizza and I just want my food to be made right and not take forever to get to me. If it wasn’t the closest store, I’d order from a different store, and might even get it quicker.

I had to come back and change this review, Dominos absolutely appreciates there customers, I initially had a complaint and after discussing with management (Jonathan) he made sure everything went over and beyond for me and my family! The pizza is pretty solid but they mess up your order pretty often. I assume they give away your pizza to people rolling up or something. I had them give me a half cheese half pepperoni when I ordered pepperoni. They gave me a meat lovers when I ordered cheese for some Muslim family members so I had to bring it back.
Currently this is the strangest in my opinion they covered my garlic bites in ranch. It smelled terrible. I wouldn’t even have left this review if dominoes didn’t repeatedly email me on how I earned it. I’d like my points back because I had to waste gas to make multiple trips multiple times now but that won’t happen. I had a friend working up here litteraly break down crying and quit so I don’t think they really gaf.

I call to do a pickup waited 30 minutes before I just decided to drive there. They was doing construction and the guy who came to the window said he’s not answering the phone. It’s Fri night there open till 2am when he came to the window he wasn’t happy to see a customer at the window wanting to order a pie he wasn’t happy very rude.
