Tasty food but be sure to take notice of their spice level warnings! My husband almost ordered a medium and was very glad the waiter talked him into a mild order.

This place used to be good but now they just don’t take pride in making their food. We ordered a Pad Thai on 10/12/25 and it looked more like soy sauce stir fried noodles. Also ordered a chicken panang and it was really thin like soup. It lacked creaminess and flavor. Wild Ginger in Littleton was closed on Sunday and settled for Beyond Thai. We won’t be coming back.

My experience was a mix of highs and lows. The food was decent, but it left much to be desired in terms of flavor. While everything was cooked well, the dishes were a bit bland and lacked the boldness I was hoping for.

On the positive side, the presentation of the food was top-notch. Each dish was beautifully arranged, showing great attention to detail. The service was also excellent; the staff was attentive, friendly, and made the dining experience pleasant.

Overall, if you’re looking for a place with great ambiance and service, this restaurant might be a good choice. However, if you’re seeking a meal with rich and exciting flavors, you might want to explore other options.

Ordered the pad see ew and was disappointed. The noodles were clumpy, starchy and had little taste. The tofu was hard as if it had been sitting for a long time. Overall even with medium spice the dish had little taste.

Have been to other Thai places regularly and wanted to try a new spot.
When I reached there it was 6:45 PM on a Sunday night and there were no customers, made me think if I should enter or not :).
But as I was already there , I thought to give it a try.
The service was great. The guy serving us was very helpful and did explain about the Thai heat levels in food. Ordered the Tom yum soup to check on the spice and as suggested it was Thai medium.
Ordered the Thai red curry and pineapple fried rice for mains.
That Thai red curry was Thai medium but even though I ordered medium for red curry and pineapple fried rice , the spice in pineapple fried rice was mild.
Once done with food, when the server came to ask about the experience, he started mentioning the reason why curry is Thai medium when ordered Thai medium while pineapple was mild. I appreciate him explaining in detail and as I had taken a to go for pineapple fired rice he gave the chilli oil on side to make it medium but would appreciate them to explain before we place the order so that the rice items can be order a level up on spice.
Overall a good experience, quality of food is good with lots for fresh vegetables in the food ( much better than other Thai spots I visit).
Do give them a try.
Five stars for service.

Last thing to add which caught me by surprise, the price on menu is less and what you are charged is more .
Not sure if it was done to me or it’s the general practice.
Soup is 10.99 (with choice of veg or tofu (with no extra cost) and I opted for veg)on menu but I was charged 12.42
Pineapple fried rice is 15.99 but I was charged 16.99 and
Red curry is 14.99 but I was charged 16.58

Delicious real Thai food that will remind you of Chiang Mai with every bite! I can’t wait for warm weather to eat on the patio!

We ordered Drunken noodles (Thai Hot) and Kapao Moo Krob (hot). It was delivered in fun dishes, well presented with deep and endless flavor with every single bite.

Choose your hot carefully, I’m experienced with Thai hot, but remember you can always add chili if you need more

The staff is great, everything is prepared to order, with fresh chilies and veggies.

I’m coming back a lot!

Great place! I walked in and ordered take out. Received a nice tea while I waited. Got the drunken noodles (mild) and it was delicious! Also got some fried spring rolls (egg rolls?) Everything was great. They also have outdoor seating with a beautiful view of the Platte trail. Would recommend if searching for some tasty Thai food in Littleton! I look forward to going back!

One of my go to places for a quick and delicious lunch/dinner. The pad thai here is one of my all time favorites, whether I order it in house or get it for take out. If you do choose to dine in there’s a nice intimate feeling and the staff are wonderful and very attentive. I’ve been eating here almost weekly for about 6 months now and couldn’t recommend this place more.

This is such a nice place to get good food. I love the area, it’s cozy and tucked away in a little strip mall. The inside is really cute and clean. The staff are always so friendly. The curry, mango sticky rice, and Thai tea are all so amazing. Definitely a great place to get a great meal. 🙂
