Cons: I wasn’t expecting a 3% extra charge for using my credit card (See Credit SVC). When our food was brought, one of the shawarma fell on the floor. The employee picked it up, put it on a napkin, put in our table, walked away and said sorry. I think there’s room to improve from a service recovery standpoint.
