I’m not sure why it’s so difficult to get someone’s order correct. It is literally your job, and I can count on more hands and toes than not the amount of times they’ve gotten my order wrong. This is the last straw. Absolutely baited with icing, only to open the box to complete disappointment. Do better.

For the 100th time the restaurant robbed me, made my dinner for my family but instead of giving it to us the delivery driver put in his car and took it home and we didn’t have anything to eat. the manager thought it was funny and didn’t seem to care. I don’t have the food or the money now. So if you are hungry get a job at Domino’s because you’re allowed to eat all the customers food and they don’t care who pays for it. When you make the manager aware of this he will laugh in your face repeatedly. No consequence because they’ve been doing this for years. Can I just apply online or do I need to come into the store to rip other people off, refuse to give any information about who the manager or owner of the store is or apologize and try to make it right. I’m sure there’s a seminar on professional Behavior somewhere you could sign the store up for. It’s not a good move in business to steal from your patrons and then laugh at them and tell them you aren’t doing anything about it. Classy

Worst Domino’s in Baton Rouge. Don’t bother calling they will just answer then hang up. Their customer service is also non existent. You would think putting toppings on a pizza is easy to do but apparently not here.

Called about an order delivered to the wrong address was told to wait 10 minutes for an order that was already confirmed delivered on the app. Ten minutes goes by no pizza still saying delivered. Called back and the driver made it back and said they delivered it but failed to describe my house correctly and they delivered it to my neighbors home. Pay more attention.

Love the deals but half the time I take advantage of them, they screw my order up. It’s the simplest request, too; I ask for a New York style crust, which is not as poofy as the hand tossed one and leaves with with half to 3/4 an inch to grab onto when you pick your pizza up. Everything is consistent except their ability to make NY style crust pizzas. I’m still a lil bit sour from the one time one of their employees tried telling me their hand tossed pizza was exactly how a NY style crust was supposed to be after I tried disputing my order, not gonna lie lol; hopefully it’s just this location that’s like that though

So I called the location up and told them they were rude over the phone they told me they will refund my money and they told me to reorder, but I never got a refund from them . DO NOT ORDER SANDWICHES!!! Usually won’t leave reviews but I’m literally laughing at this it’s so bad. Cannot believe I had to pay money for this. Most pathetic “sandwich” I’ve ever seen lol. Guess it’s my own fault for thinking dominos could do something besides pizza.
