Ridiculously tired of all of these businesses prioritizing drive thru windows over in store customers. Woman at the register tells me they have to make more eggs as I watch 15 more sandwiches tonight drive thru window, car after car. I showed her my mobile order and she proceeds to print out receipt after receipt from the register and ask me if it’s my order. There’s literally a giant 4 digit number at the top of the screen, figure it the hell out, especially if you speak broken English and I can hardly understand what you’re asking me. Worst experience at a Tim Horton’s in either side of the border. Will never come back to this location.

Also sitting here and watching the guy making sandwiches handle money and then go right back to working with food with the same gloves on is gross

By far the worst Tim Horton’s in the area! Do NOT GO here. They can never get an order accurate. Today was the last straw. We ordered a dozen cookies that were supposed to be $9.99 and a small iced cap. What did we receive? 6 cookies and an ice cap with the top of the whip cream can in it. This top was not discovered until we drank it and it attached to the straw (EWW!) How many hands were on this top? We were charged 2.88 for each cookie should have been less and my cc was charged $27.91. To make it worse when we called the location the manager was gone and not one person could assist us. We were told that we would need to return tomorrow during her timeframe. We then attempted to reach the corporation Clark Holdings who owns this location and guess what there is nothing they can do we have to go see the manager tomorrow. In the past, we have ordered large drinks, received smalls, ordered breakfast sandwiches and they are cold and taste old like they have been sitting. We have ordered bagels and they are cold and barely toasted as requested. We will be taking time out of our day tomorrow to return to get our money back.

This is the worst tim Hortons in the area. The manager Mariah is a horrible manager. She is super disrespectful and doesn’t know how to properly treat customers or her staff. She is the whole reason for the 1 star rating.

Great service today at this location! We are from the PNW and like to make one stop at a TH when we are visiting family in the east. We’d actually tried another location first closer to the highway but they were super busy. We placed an order online and headed over to this location. A couple of our ordered items were unavailable, but the window folks apologized and offered good suggestions for substitutes.
Since the dining rooms in the area all seem to be closed, we took our coffees, Tim Bits and sandwiches to the park around the corner and had a great lunch – thanks!

The other low reviews all match my same experience. They cant get an order right, nor do they follow company guidelines on how to make the beverages.

I would avoid this store and its management. Go down the road to wherle and union, they are a league above this slop.

This is a decent Tim’s but has the absolute worst drive-through. People were nice enough, but the physical terrain is the worst. You have to order on a super steep hill. God forbid you have manual. I think it may be different if you ordered at the top of the hill instead bc you wouldn’t have to worry about rolling back and hitting the car behind you when you swit h pedals.

Convenient place to stop for a coffee and breakfast sandwich. They also serve hot and cold lattes, hot tea and delicious cold brew coffee. Depending on the time of day, there can be a long line at the drive thru. However, service is always good and they treat their customers well.
