We went there excited to taste their food.
So disappointed because the server went to take the order of 2 people that came in after us. Those 2 people were Asian and spoke the server’s language.
So we left as no one paid attention to us.

Food was good, seemed like a lovely place but staff was rude right off the bat, insulting us in Japanese. We did get there 40 minutes before closing but is that really a valid excuse to insult paying customers? They even laughed at us after we placed our order once the food arrived the just lightly tossed it on the table and walked away immediately with major sass, despite the terrible behavior we did leave a tip but it’s unfortunate such a lovely place got clouded by negativity. If you don’t want people coming in late why stay open late?

Absolutely disgusting and inedible, water and iced tea tasted like dirty non-filtered tap from a sink, the Roger Roll had a chili powder that literally tasted like dust, like I was eating something expired or inedible that ruined the dish, the yakisoba is greasy, overcooked with no flavor and slimy texture. Customer service was aggressive and not accommodating or warm. Ambience looks like old strip mall. Very cheap quality ingredients. Didn’t make any kind of amends to my bill when I said I couldn’t eat a single thing they served. I’m not one to be picky or have to complain about food EVER because I love Japanese food/sushi, but this is the only place that was 0/10, I would never recommend. Not a single thing I ordered was good, which has never happened to me before. I couldn’t wait to get out of there and immediately just go to the taco shop two doors down and wash my mouth out with Coke. I felt awkward so I didn’t know how to ask for my money back or to leave.
