This was our first time stopping in here, and I am satisfied that I did. The ribs were as advertised, (they fell off the bone). Cornbread muffin had a slight sweet note, and the smoked wings weren’t bad either. We will definitely pay Dickey’s another visit soon. And if you have kiddies or a sweet tooth yourself, they offer free ice cream on a cone if it tickles your fancy.

This visit was definitely less than one star. Man takes our order, a minute later we hear another guy say they’re out of Brisket. (They didn’t get their truck, so not a huge deal), but my husband Orders the Pork Out Platter. The guy brings out a double order of pulled pork and some kielbasa. Husband asks where the ribs are, and the burnt ends. The guy argues that it doesn’t come with ribs and the double order is because they’re out of burnt ends. Um, thanks… But pic confirms it most certainly DOES come with ribs. Sad, because we have been a few times and it was excellent, just not today. We will go back, just make sure you don’t get ripped off also.

I’ve went to this location on several occasions and the food has been good. This review is strictly on customer service. I placed an order online and my husband went to pick it up….. they gave our order to someone else, and she told him she would remake it. He went to the truck and walked back in 8 minutes & she told him “I will remake your food give me 5 minutes.” Mind you, the food was already PAID for…. he was standing there waiting, then she proceeded to tell him to leave multiple times for absolutely no reason. We never got our food. I hope corporate does the right thing & at least gives us our money back. We didn’t catch her name but she was an older blonde lady.

There’s been some sort of issue 3 out of 4 times we’ve gotten food from this location. Today was the last straw. We ordered and paid on their website. Of course, our payment was processed immediately and the money has been taken out of my account.
The order was promised at 12:15, but when we got there to pick it up, the doors were locked.
Finally talked to a live person on the 833 number who was very apologetic, but other than forward the complaint and request for refund to the franchise owner, there wasn’t much she could do. She said if I hadn’t been contacted by the owner in 3 or 4 days, to call back.
We won’t be going back until a lot changes at this store.

There were 4 of us for lunch today. The first 2 in our party got the dinner roll. Myself and the other person did not get our bread with our meal. I asked cashier and he was not able to give me one. He kept referring me back to the lady who took our order. She was very busy.
I was not asking for ribs, etc.
Just the dinner bread that we did not get. No big deal! Just writing this to let them know that the customer service is lacking.

Take out order. Seemed a little unorganized. I will give the food a 99.
Ribs were great, pulled pork was great,
Fried Okra also good. Ordered BUFFALO SMOKED WINGS. Were frozen an then deep fried… Didn’t receive any sauce for any of the meats . WILL GO BACK. Pricey!!!!

I’m here at 4 o’clock in the afternoon. Place is empty which is normal. BUT! The tables were dirty, the women’s bathroom was disgusting. There was good on the floor and a top still on a table. The “waitress” was on her phone and let the cook take my order and money. She finally got up when another few customers came in. Good was good but if it is her job to clean after the lunch shift then she needs to be fired.
