******UNDER $50 ONLY NO CASH**********
I am a Property Manager for housing. Fri 1/9/26 as a thank you to our maintenance workers for coming over to help and stay late I wanted to provide them with a thank you. At 5pm I went to this location drive thru placed an order that totaled $54.32. I drove around waited a bit then the younger opened the window I handed a $100 bill for the order after being handed the 2 drinks. I was then told they dont have change . Which meant they didnt have roughly $46 to give me. After asking for a manager because I could not understand why a fast food chain , in a populated urban area at dinner time on a weekend did not have $46 and why was the order taken for the $54 lastly why no sign was placed stating they cant take big order over $50 and can on take cards.
I went to a different Hardee’s same order placed no problem. What is more frustrating i also purchased their lunch around 11am same day the order again was over $50 no problem. The person that said they was the Manager had no real explanation for this stupidity other than a shift just started and he didnt have enough in it to give me $46.
Again, populated urban area, faster food, weekend and dinner time , they did their register tally for less than $100. This is the 1st dumb decision I’ve heard being made by another “manager” this year. Well in short We will just drive a bit further down the road where smarter decisions are made from now on.
I am honestly not surprised with Hardee’s. I don’t eat Hardee’s but my staff chose it. But this just solidified my choice to not do Hardee’s again. To be fair the other Hardee’s heard of this and went out their way to make it right. This location don’t bother.
Now I have to contact a corporate and do all that to reach a regional or district Manager because the manager there lied and said he didn’t know and didn’t have the info.

HORRIBLE!! Shift lead did not know how to add bacon to a burger, then once figuring it out – by charging me for a whole side order of bacon – they gave me frighing RAW bacon on my burger!! I don’t care that they claim it comes precooked, I know pink and white raw bacon when I see it!! AVOID HARDEE’S IN ROANOKE PERIOD!!! I haven’t found a single one that doesn’t fail in either food quality or service quality… most fail on food tho.

I miss living in a place where there is a Hardee’s nearby. I also miss being where you can get sausage gravy biscuits. Had to have it this morning. I was surprised it was a biscuit and a separate cup of gravy. But that actually worked out better for me, as I was traveling . That’s different than the way. I remember them serving it. The new sausage biscuit was good as well.

I brought a steak biscuit and it was horrible the biscuit was dry and the steak was like rubber, and I went inside and they had the biscuits pre made lined up and no help be careful what you Eat, Hardess is very nasty never again

Got to work and went to eat and there no biscuit in my biscuit and gravy. Called the store and it rang and rang and rang then picked up and was hung up on. Very up set as i go here every moring before work. I know mistakes happen but just answer the phone.

This is the most rudest Hardee’s I’ve ever been to.. go in to order and these girls look me in my face 4 times and just kept walking by.. I stood there about 5 mins. Until I walked out.. they were not busy.. on their phone .. bad attitudes you need to do better.. I will never come back. This was last week btw
