Super moist waygu burger and pork sandwich. Great tastes of three beers. Our server made good suggestions for beers. Happy hour was just ending, and the place was packed. The host quickly found us a clean table. And as groups left the noise died down. We will repeat our visit here. Food came out quickly and was good. One order of fries was a lot of crispy ends rather than fries. Otherwise, we were very pleased.

Love the outside seating that’s covered. Good beer selections of course, and the food was awesome. I LOVE their style of French fries. I got the fish and chips. They have a very broad from steak, pizza and burgers and seafood on their menu and can support vegetarian options too. I really liked their service. Call for reservations if you have a bigger group.

So.. the service was great, it was located in a very nice shopping plaza with beautiful ambience (especially the outdoor seating). However, and this is a big CAVEAT for vegetarians and pizza lovers only — the food was a bit average. We got the pizza (they do have an off-menu beyond meat burger, but we didn’t feel like it, it was very pricey too), so we went for the classic safe margarita pizza (large for 28 USD). Can’t go wrong with the margarita, right? Wrong! The dough was nice, but the preparation was not at all like the good margarita pizzas I’ve had. There was no sauce, just some tomatoes and basil leaves with balsamic sauce drizzled on top, with the cheese concentrated at the center and not evenly distributed. What was the chef thinking? Also we waited a long time for this, people around us who were seated after us got their fancy seafood meals before us. I don’t know what happened, but it left us deeply unimpressed, especially for an relatively expensive pizza. If the owner reads this, please do better, especially for vegetarians. There are enough of us now that we matter, and even leaving vegetarians apart, why is a margarita pizza so difficult to get right (and on time)?
For any vegetarian reading this, if the owner doesn’t respond I would assume it’s going to be the same.. stay away.
Edit: after reading other reviews more thoroughly, I noticed the toppings being mostly in the center with a lot of bread surrounding seemed to be a common complaint. Please management, read your customer reviews. Don’t be complacent just because your popular dishes (mostly seafood and meat) are received well and give you a high 4.5 average. It won’t take long for a business to fail if you don’t listen to your customers.

Their onion rings are amazing! Usually, thick onion rings are under cooked and the onion falls out. These were cooked to perfection and somehow managed to stay together. Their burgers and beer were also great. I’d definitely go back.

Stacey was our server. She was super friendly, accommodating and gave us excellent service. The pizza exceeded my expectations. It’s our second time here in 2 years and she served us both times. Great selection of beers. Cool atmosphere. I have no problem recommending Kauai Island Brewing to come here for lunch or dinner. We will be back

Excellent Pizza And wedge salad. We had pineapple and pork on half. The crust was very good. Cheese was very good. We would definitely eat here again.
Came back 01/26. Pineapple on pizza wasn’t cooked long enough and the pizza crust was salty. Not the best.
Came back and had a cheeseburger and a grilled mahi fish sandwich which were both very good. Pickles are an extra dollar. Never seen a restaurant charge for pickles before.
Came back again and had the cheeseburger and grilled mahi sandwich again. They were both good again. I like the coleslaw they put on the fish sandwich.

After a morning of hiking Waimea Canyon we stopped here for some brews and food. Burger was excellent along with the fish tacos. I preferred the grill over the beer battered. Interesting selection of beer. A good little place to stop.
