Before basketball practice today, my son wanted to make a quick pit stop at a Hawaiian barbecue spot and it was a great call. We grabbed the teriyaki chicken and crab rangoons, and the moment we walked in, the smell alone had us ready to eat. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot.
The atmosphere was welcoming and chill, perfect for a quick reset between a busy schedule. They also offer an Aloha plate, where you can choose one item or mix it up with two super clutch for fueling up without overthinking it.
No complaints at all. Great food, great vibe, and exactly what we needed before practice. My son already said we’ll be back and that says it all.

UPDATE: before you read my review from several weeks ago below, I just saw the report from the county health department that this location failed their health inspection miserably on December 18, and then again on March 5. Absolutely disgusting! The kitchen is filthy and they are not properly caring for raw meats, and the employees aren’t washing their hands after handling raw chicken. Hard pass! They didn’t learn their lesson the first time. I will never eat there again!
FIRST REVIEW: The food was pretty good, but the staff need some customer service training. They act like they’re doing you a favor. They allowed a dog inside the place that was running around without a leash. They need to clean up the area that has the sauce dispenser. It was dirty and katsu sauce’s lid was off.

The delivery person hung my order up on a neighbor’s fence not connected to my house. When i called saying i couldn’t find it, the person said to call back in 4 hours. And that they don’t deliver from their store… so I emailed and called to try to get a refund but they said I would have to contact uber eats. Uber eats has no record of the order obviously, because i ordered it directly off of Ono’s website. $37 down the drain. This was the picture they sent as proof of delivery.

Our first trying Hawaiian food and we were amazed at the burst of flavor in every bite! Mabel took our experience over the top with her exceptional customer service and hospitality! Now we eat here every Sunday! Love this place 🙂

I ordered takeout from this store about 5-6 times. I was sick and took time off to rest at home. Without any nutrition I was hungry today and purchased their food again and was very shocked after receiving it! The small amount of nut bone is not even 40% of the previous normal standard. To me, this is cheating! And you deceived a patient. It is shameful to deceive! I think there is something wrong with the management of this store. Several times before, I have clearly felt that the reduced quantity has inadvertently made me sick. During this period, the reduced quantity is unforgivable! It is recommended not to go to this store, maybe other branches are better!

Came in spontaneously after realizing a pizza place closed nearby. Friendly service and amazing tasting food. The wait time was less than 15 mins for a generous amount of food. Definitely recommend to people who haven’t tried Hawaiian bbq.

I’m usually very pleased with the portion of food here, but yesterday I was really disappointed. I ordered the #44 which is the Bbq katsu plate. The reason I was disappointed was because if you look at the picture you will notice 2 katsu chicken pieces when usually it’s 5-6 pieces. I’m not one to complain but that was ridiculous. I mean I love Ono but the manager should tell the cooks how to ration their portions equally.

This place is disgusting, no wonder they keep failing inspection. The manager was sitting at a table working surrounded by food-covered tables and chairs and a filthy food-splattered floor. The counter staff doesn’t understand English so when they get your order wrong, they’ll blame you.
