I’m absolutely disappointed in this place and miss what it used to be, especially for night shift. Whoever works night shift there has zero cares in the world as this is the second time in a ROW that this has happened to me. First time was ordering a pretzel pizza and when I picked it up it looked like the first photo provided. Not even pretzel. I called to complain and got told my name was in a book for a replacement, then today stopped by just to get some of the cheese crazy puffs and I’m met with this horrendous display of them when I get home. It’s really disappointing to see the night team fall so far from where they were.

2 angry customers in the lobby when I got there. My pizza was 30 + minutes late, but tasted good. So you should order an hour before you want it, Probably won’t be ready in the 15-20 min the app says. Lady at the counter was nice, but her manager is gutless for leaving her with angry customers.

I love this place. We get pizza here maybe once every 2 months. Never had any issues with my order. I get a free veterans meal every Veterans Day. The staff has always been friendly and accommodating. The food is always the correct and consistent which is what we want!

Not sure whats going on but the last few times i have been in this location the food has been hard and cold and definitely not hot and ready.. the older gentleman at the counter was far from friendly.. i just have not impressed lately used to be a weekly spot not so much any more

Placed order by phone Fernando answered the phone had to put me on hold, but I was only on hold for about 45 seconds. Fernando was very polite and very helpful. Felt like I was talking to an old friend.

Ordered online, which was fast and easy. The estimated pickup time was 4:11 but when I arrived at that time, it was not ready yet. No problem, but if I wait extra for my food to be ready, I would prefer it to be 100%correct. Unfortunately, the pizza was not cut, the toppings didn’t go all the way to the edge, and I asked for extra sauce but it didn’t have extra. Tbh, it kind of felt like less sauce than even was supposed to be on it. It was disappointing and of course I didn’t realize until I got home and opened it, so it’s not worth the trip back for a redo since i was too hungry for all that.
The moral of the story is to check the pizza before you leave I suppose.

Took a hour for a single slices a sticks pizza workers were extremely rude and unprofessional throwing things and swearing like sailors, still in disbelief it took almost an hour for a 8$ pizza. Absolutely horrible I hope they get new management

Hello, I’m a huge supporter of this place. Unfortunately, I have finally taken off the rose-colored glasses and came to face some of the issues and realized they are hardly acceptable… firstly, the orders are often done wrong and the actual pizzas are inconsistent other than the Hot and Readys. It’s annoying seeing we paid for a pizza with extra cheese, without ever getting extra cheese for the 8th time. Secondly, some of the staff are less than ideal, particularly one man in particular who cursed at my mother when she went there to pick up some pizza that they messed up and was very, very unpleasant. Most of the people that work there are horribly inexperienced. I only recommend if you want a good, basic pizza without any special orders (which is unfortunate, as I love the stuffed crust). Also, they add easily twice as much grease than necessary it feels like. One time I had a pizza there that had very small amounts of grease from there and it tasted very good compared to the drowning in greased ones.
