I’ve ordered from here numerous times and have not had major issues (other than my condiments being packaged with my fries 1x). I wanted to say that whomever is coming tonight didn’t a great job. My customized supreme pizza looks & tastes amazing! I’m always greeted with a smile/ friendly faces.

They don’t answer when you call to tell them they messed up an order. They apparently don’t have deep dish large pizzas. I payed extra for deep dish and I’ll attach a picture of what I got. The cheese is about 4 inches from the edge of the pizza. Only good part of the service was the delivery, which was outsourced by DoorDash.

If I could give zero stars, I would. Ordered food at 8pm and at 8:40, said it was on the way via DoorDash. It never showed. Trying to contact the store is awful, no one answers and then you’re directed to a call center. Can’t reach anyone for a refund or to talk. DoorDash claimed my order was not able to be made but I never received notice from them or this store that there was an issue to complete the order. Weird it wasn’t able to be made but said it was out for delivery. I will never order from here again.

Still have yet to be contacted. I was physically assaulted by multiple employees at this location over a minor accident — my phone slipped behind the counter. Staff choked, hit, and scratched me, all based on false assumptions. The manager was rude, verbally abusive, refused a refund, and told me to take it up with my bank. I now have visible injuries This is outrageous behavior — do not step foot in this store. They also use the joke of door dash not their own drivers and still charge you a fee.

Ordered via the website. Included a tip for the driver. On my Apple Card. Food delivered on ticket states gratuity for driver not included. Called the driver she stated the store didn’t pay her. We had her come back and I paid her cash. Called the store to ask about the original tip placed on hold nev ret to help me with the problem. Just left me sitting on hold. Do not add tips when placing orders the store just keeps them. Tip the delivery person personally. But I won’t be ordering from them again. Update: No manager contacted me to discuss this issue and my money was not returned. Horrible customer service from this location.

Disgusting…I ordered sausage,onion & mmushroom pizza..what did I get sausage, onion & black hair…im blonde…yikes what a food disaster…the pepporoni pizza came fine, donuts came fine & cinnabons fine…CALL the call center sends me to business no answer, call back call agents goes silent, call back again agent puts me on hold…..still waiting 15 minutes later….PIZZA HUT went downhill…sad…(be sure to blow picture up because the BLACK hair is there) I will have to reach out to BBB to get a resolution because this PIZZA HUT dont care. UPDATE: called Pizza hut next day because they would not answer. Guy told me I waited 12hrs to report yet explained they did not answer phone. Guy tells me that yeah we close at that time. Asked him for a refund he say no we DONT DO THAT, IT WILL BE STORE CREDIT.I said no I wont order again. I then said I filed BBB because the nasty hair, he said you will get store credit..we DONT GIVE REFUNDS..The only solution was to have new pizza delivered which I did..I WILL NOT ORDER AGAIN. Guy then explains girl that works always wears a hairnet..explained I posted to reviews with hair & Im blonde..The only thing he could agree to was a new pizza. New pizza was fine but will be going elsewhere as there are tons & tons of PIZZA places to order from.

Ordered the 2 large pizza and bread sticks deal – Ordered all non pork items and received pork on our pizza. No one answered the phone and when I brought it back in I was told to leave my contact info so someone could get back to me and still no one has. They’re unprofessional and incompetent.

Save your money per the manager this is the “right amount of cheese” that they measure with little cups… so basically you have to pay for extra cheese just to get a decent looking pizza. I mean how do call that a “cheese pizza” and “cheesy pizza”… WHERE IS THE CHEESE?! I wont be back!

Pizza was raw and doughy and was very nasty. I will never order from them. I called and they put me on hold for 18 minutes so I just hung up. Never again! I don’t recommend this store.
