Tonight was the worst night I spent at Carl’s Jr I was very upset . The bread was hard and the fries were old Cold and stale like they been sitting for a long time. So I threw my food away was not going to eat it. I decided to just go to sleep hungry. Note I haven’t even ate nothing all day either. So I decided to stop at carls I would just like my order right please . Fresh as possible. I will be try again tomarrow to see if the manager can get me a fresh order . I will update my response soon as I receive my order. A chance for them to correct it

It’s very disappointing spending $24 on a meal and getting old fries. That is more than what most people make per hour! Usually the food is good but occasionally I get cold/old fries and burgers that are obviously not fresh. I am super disappointed and unfortunately will not be returning to this Carls Jr for a while. I can not waste and gamble my money like that. Not in this economy… charging $16 for a fast food meal is crazy as it is… but to not have fresh fries? No thanks. The workers are always kind, that’s the only plus side.

**Not Worth almost $20 for two burgers if they’re made with no effort** I came to this Carl’s Jr location,I ordered a big Carl with swiss cheese +bacon and not only was it missing a chunk of the patty they just threw the slice of swiss cheese on top of 3 slices of american. I also ordered a Firey famous star which also had an even larger chunk of the patty missing and instead of getting a new patty they just put a piece of another patty under the hole. .

we were the Only people there! as walk ins and still took over 20 mins. food was absolutely terrible! tasted old and sour…on a trip and going to bed hungry sucks! never again! and for the cost! way to much. staff were very nice however and place was clean but bathrooms locked? at 4pm ?
