Level Up Nutrition looks more like a candy shop than a place for healthy shakes. I asked how many calories were in my drink, and the girl behind the counter had no idea as she was topping it with peanut butter cups. I specifically asked her to hold the candy, but it was already too late. On top of that, the shake was $15! I could’ve gone across the street to Retro and gotten one for $6. Total waste of money and calories. Definitely not what I expected from a place calling itself a “nutrition” store

Great Place, if you looking for a shake either before your workout, after your workout, or just for the protein, this place has it all. When they say a shake will taste like something you know, trust me it does. Highly recommend it. Great staff and great rewards program and events. Two thumbs up!

I enjoy getting drinks from LevelUp Nutrition.
On the weekends I like to stop by after my workouts to get a post workout shake. If I am feeling eh in the middle of the day I like to order level 2 or 3 teas to give me a boost of energy. And if I don’t know what to do for lunch or I’m not super hungry I will get a meal replacing shake.
The staff is nice. When I order online my drinks are always ready to go!

Nick has been working with me since 2015 and he has alway been patient, kind, and happy to help me with my health goals. Nick has always worked hard and his Nutrition Club is awesome!!! I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a positive experience about your health and well-being. The shakes are also awesome!!!

I can’t say enough about Nate and Debbie. They are amazing people and genuinely care about their customers and their health. They make the shakes and teas with love and care. I was a skeptic at first, but after having lost 15 lbs, and feeling the best I have since I was in my twenties, I am officially sold.

I’ll start by saying that my shake was awesome and the staff was very welcoming.
Disclaimer: I came in during a rush with trainees behind the counter and a new check-in system put into place the day before so, take the following with a grain of salt…
I was inside for over a half an hour to order and receive my shake/tea(only 1 of each). I was roughly in the middle of the rush and was served last. Level Up has a great product and seems to be doing very well but could make some simple changes to do much better.
In my opinion, the menu is too large, the employees making the shakes are taking too long to search through their “cheat sheet”(which seems to have print that is too small) to see what ingredients they need.
The main ingredients (Herbalife powders) are above their heads with the lids screwed on. They should be lowered down and put into easy access containers. It seems like the employees were jumping back and forth to different areas to get what they needed when it should be basically a production line.
As I have mentioned, the product and atmosphere are great which is why I left 5 stars. With a few minor tweaks I believe they could pump out more shakes and more happy customers in a much smaller timeframe.

Shakes are delicious and customer service is great! Very helpful and they explain benefits to find what works for you. Really fun atmosphere as well. Would recommend ordering shakes before if you are in a rush, it usually takes 15 minutes.

Holy poop! Did I just eat a loaf of banana bread or have a healthy meal replacement shake?! I’m seriously stuffed, quenched my sweet craving and still have a tea to drink.
Today was my first time at LevelUp Nutrition, Nick made it the best. Personal but professional, very knowledgeable, & motivating.
I’ll definitely make this a staple in my day if I’m in Northfield.
