This was a great stop right off the interstate. The bowls we had were made with care and the portions were generous. The staff was friendly and main restaurant area was clean. The bathroom were a bit sus. Overall we would come back here.

Stopped there on 12/30/25 ticket #981 $85.73 for 6 Italian 1 Philly, just found out it was the assisted manager that waited on me through drive up, I pulled up to window, nobody came, I honked horn and that upset him but he had my order wrong, he was so unprofessional it’s hard to understand they giving him that position, he had his helper hand me subs, neither would give me their names, I called on 12/31/25 to talk to manager, guess who i got, yes, same person as night before, was told he was assistant manager and they were understaffed, 1st question is how is that customer’s fault? 2nd question is, because they are understaffed does that give them the right to be rude to the customer’s, so disappointed, absolutely will never go back and would never recommend anyone to go there, to many other businesses that would and do appreciate our business, I asked for manager, got him, I asked for corporate. Was told they don’t have that information, next dumb question is, what would they do if they n needed to contact corporate, can’t be done because they don’t have information about corporate, Sincerely David Murphy, very unhappy disappointed customer

I will say this, I read other reviews about service being slow and the owners response about working on improving service. Well improvement doesn’t seem to be a priority. I walked into this restaurant around 7 pm and there were no other customers in the building. I was greeted and asked what I would like. I made my order and was told someone in the back would make my order shortly but while I was waiting he would ring up my order for payment. I patiently waited for someone to make my order and while I was waiting a customer pulled into the drive through and placed an order for a hot sandwich. The order for the drive through was made and in the customers hand before someone finally came from the back and made my cold sandwich. Customer service is clearly not a priority, but they are sure to keep that tip recommendation on payment. Might have been an off night or close to closing possibly, but either way this location will be a pass for me in the future.

Amazing service! The employees at Jersey Mikes in Rantoul, IL were super friendly and adjusted to our changing schedule for needing 20 sandwiches made for our baseball team (rain delay). So many last minute changes and Jersey Mikes made it all work out great! Thank you so much!

Drive through can be absolutely insufferably slow. I think i have been sat, ordered, and served at one of the local Mexican restaurants faster than my longest wait I’ve had here. Only eaten here 4 times and the subs are really good but not at all worth the wait and price for a cold deli sub sandwich. If your time is valuable you are better off picking a different option down the street. If not in a hurry its a pretty good sub.

After waiting for 25 minutes in the drive thru (and watching people go in, get their sandwiches, and drive off), I backed my car up and left. If you can’t do an efficient drive thru…get rid of it.

I didn’t even like subs until Jersey Mike’s came to town. If you like a Philly, theirs is great. I recommend the club supreme, get it Mike’s Way! Whoever was responsible for bringing this business to town, just thank you.
