I went to this location yesterday and had a really disappointing experience. The person working there was extremely rude — he didn’t greet me, tossed my pizzas onto the counter, and walked away even as I said “thank you” and “goodbye.” What made it worse was that I saw him be polite to the customer before me, so the difference in treatment felt especially disrespectful.
On top of that, my order wasn’t even correct. I asked for original crust, but they gave me thin crust instead. And to make matters worse, I ended up feeling very sick this morning after eating it.
This is by far the worst Papa Murphy’s I’ve ever been to. Between the poor service, wrong order, and how I felt afterward, I cannot recommend this location at all.

I was disappointed when the Papa Murphys closest to my home permanently closed. I was a little annoyed having to drive a direction I don’t normally go, but I actually really enjoy going to this location. I have never seen anyone take as much care to perfectly place the toppings evenly as the people at this location. At first, I just thought it was a fluke, and one worker was just a little picky, but it turns out that they all take pride in how nice the pizza looks. They even catered to my son’s request of not putting a particular topping on just 2 slices of pizza. These people are awesome!

Usually when I go here, there’s no problem. The man takes a lot of pride in his job. When I went in today, during the superbowl. My order was supposed to be ready at 4:35, I show up at 4:45, they say it’s going to be 10 more minutes. Even though there’s NOBODY else’s order being made. They were sitting there watching the football game instead of making my order. It’s just extremely unprofessional when I order something to be ready at a specific time, so I can enjoy the game at home. And now it’s a 20 minute delay. And on top of that, I was watching them make my pan pizza and they dropped the pizza pan on the floor and they were going to use it until I said something so they changed it..

Always friendly! Great customer service, when busy keeps they keep a flow going while preparing ones food and enough time to acknowledge the customers who are waiting. Clean and welcoming. It is fun to watch them prepare ones food! I return to this store and recommend it whole heartedly.

Absolutely love this place! It’s great when your not sure what to do for dinner and running out of time to get it done. They have an amazing assortment of combinations to choose from like any pizza place or make your own. I absolutely suggest the family stuffed if your family loves to chow down on some pizza! One fills up my family and it’s not that expensive. They make it in about 15-20 minutes usually, you pick it up, take it home and bake it in anywhere of 30 – 45ish minutes. Boom! Dinner! (And their cinnamon wheels for dessert are amazing… And I’m not a cinnamon person..)

Is a pretty cool place you can actually order and pay with EBT card because the food is not prepared. You can order ahead go there pick it up throw it in the oven and there you go. the chicken pizza is really good cinnamon desert was horrible but cookie dough comes in little containers and you can either bake it or you can eat it raw Yum Yum
