We just bought perch and a small order of shrimp. The shrimp were hard and tough. I’ve never had shrimp that were like that. They may have been old. They may have been refried. They were hard, dry, chalky white looking. Not a one was edible. Unfortunate.

I like this location because the service is very good. The ladies there are friendly, professional, and don’t rush you. Moreover, they don’t engage in the stupid practice of charging more money just because you use a credit card.

I would give this place -1 star just based off of the rude guy who answered the phone. He spent more time rushing us and telling us he had so much going on in front of him that we decided NOT to order. Nobody wants to spend their money where they can’t even get treated with respect. We wanted to give this location a try, but will NEVER patronize. A potential customer should never feel like they are bothering someone who is there to take orders. Terrible customer service.

Why isnt the food seasoned. I’m from Chicago and I normally don’t even need sauce for my food. But I spent $14 and had to use the sauce to flavor my chicken and gizzards. To the owner I meet u before bruh and u told me to come up here and get some great chicken but it’s a no for me because there is no flavor.

I was catfish catfished. The first thing I noticed was the typical local river/lake catfish flavor was absent. They served swai, which is technically a type of catfish but not the one you get especially in the Midwest. I asked the manager who confirmed it was swai. I didn’t ask for swai.
