Scam!!! I will never order from her me again. I place an order on uber eats for M2 automatically comes with one corn one potato and 1/2 pounds of shrimp.i added additional 3 corn and 2 egg. The changed my order behind my back and didn’t send me my complete order. They only sent me the 1/2 shrimp and the 2 egg and 3 corn that I paid additional for. I called them to see what happened the argued that my order only came with shrimp…….thhh I will never order again iand I will be reporting to the bbb in the morning. Proof of my order in the pics. They changed my M2 order to a C2 order on the receipt. They need to be closed down

The food was absolutely disgusting. Wouldn’t suggest this to someone I hate, let alone someone I care about. The boils have this weird sticky butter on them which is the consistency of runny snot going down. They use obviously frozen seafood to save money. Im from Louisiana on the Gulf and know the difference between frozen and fresh seafood. The shrimp and crab had these black pigmented marks all over their shells.
The service from the actual server was good, and she did her best to be complimentary and she kept my drink refilled. Her hands were tied as far as helping me find something else I liked there to replace what I’d ordered. I love boils. I eat a lot of them. This isn’t it. I legit ate like 3 shrimp, complained to the manager, and was basically told “sorry not sorry” that I didn’t like the food. I received no discount or refund, and ended up eating at the casino after paying full price for a meal I couldn’t stomach.

Idk who gave these folks 1 , but they were dead wrong. Food was amazing and the portions where great, couldn’t even eat it all, staff was fantastic and brought our food quickly and chefs kiss to the kitchen staff for blending some amazing flavor. I recommend getting the Red Pier Seasoning, Medium heat or hot if ya like it like that. The atmosphere was really cool and I loved the interior design. This will be our go to place when we go to West Memphis. Thanks Red Pier!

We were nervous when we pulled in a basically empty parking lot, but we were so glad we decided to give it a try! Our waitress was sweet and did a good job. Our food was delivered quickly and it was so fresh. That was the best seafood boil we have had in a long time. Good portions, reasonable prices. We will definitely come back when we are in town again.

I was so nervous to try, being from Texas almost all of the food I’ve tried while in Memphis is just not good. But this place was delicious, it was cleaned very well. Customer service all around the board was top tier. I loved how accommodating and nice the staff were. The food had good flavor and portion sizes. Well worth the price. 10/10 would recommend and to all of the staff, thank you!

Great service but I can not recommend eating at this restaurant. Not sure how you can screw up catfish but they accomplished it. Totally over salted. I’d would have been better just eating a table spoon of salt than eating their catfish. If they can’t get catfish right then I couldn’t imagine how terrible the rest of the food tastes. Cole slaw was bland and had zero flavor. Fries were okay. Staff were friendly. This place also doesn’t serve alcohol even though the website has beer in the menu.

Guess being from the deep south I expected much better. Side order of sausage came out in a sealed bag on a plate, they went the best but I’ll give them 2 stars, fried catfish had a horrible wild raw fish taste, I took one bite of fried shrimp and immediately spit it back out, absolutely not fit to eat and id be embarrassed serving that if this was my restaurant. Cocktail sauce was nothing more than red water.. Im not one to complain but ill definitely will never be back…

Food was great. Service wasn’t too bad for this area. It will be nice when they start selling alcohol. A beer would have went great with our meal. Only complaints are having to share a crab cracker and we both had to ask for refills. We will definitely be back though.
Update 9-8-22: went again. Food was still great. Service wasn’t good and the employees were arguing and cussing loudly. Never got refills. Had to share a crab cracker again even after asking for a second one. It’s worth going for the food but unfortunately the Service is just as bad as everywhere else here which is upsetting when you spend $137 on food. We ordered combo C again.

Excellent! I’m sure they had some kinks to work out the first couple of weeks, but we went and everything was incredible. Kate was an excellent server. Everything came out fast and fresh, so good. Some of the best fried catfish I’ve ever had, perfectly crisp and not too much cornmeal. The daily combo is a great mix and we liked all the options with the house preparation. We love Seafood Shack and Red Pier Poplar, but this one is hard to beat. Hope it’s consistent!
