I’ve been to a few Dickie’s locations, this is the best so far. Great service, and really good food. Really impressive for a new location. (Edit) Went a second time a few weeks later and they reminded me why I quit going to Dickie’s. Extremely small portions of meat, my ribs were two bones with a little strip of meat between them, the brisket was about three bites, and the mac and cheese was awful. Everyone starts strong, keeping it going to earn repeat customers is what sets you apart. This place doesn’t make me want to come back.

Decided to try the delivery option when ordering online for the first time. That was a mistake, and I will probably never use Dickey’s delivery feature ever again. We were not impressed with their service.
First, when our food was delivered we were missing a drink. When I tried calling to get this fixed I was told I would have to contact DoorDash myself despite having done the entire order through Dickey’s website. Or that we would have to come into the store to get the drink, which seems to defeat the purpose of a delivery order.
Second, part of our order included a Great Load Baker Potato which is supposed to include meat, which was forgotten. Instead of focusing on making the mistake right the staff argued that I had ordered the incorrect item. They did at least agree to give us a cup of brisket.
Third, by the time we got all of the order straightened out at the store our food had started to go cold.

Didn’t look like a restaurant but a temporary kitchen in an old department store! But the food was delicious, and one option was a family pack for one price, 3 options, buy by the lb with fries and drinks.!
8 adults, 3 children one table that sat 12! The kicker, all got a free ice cream cone, self service as were the drinks!

The fries were rediculously priced 8.49 for a large undercooked and soggy half bag. The bun was burnt so I can’t tell what the sandwich was supposed to taste like. I didn’t get burnt ends, was looking forward to a pulled pork sandwich. Was very disappointed, the dogs ate most of my lunch.
