Overpriced, Doors locked well before closing time, poor implementation of tap to pay in drive-through, building shrubbery needs attention
Price:
Ridiculously priced $5.50 for a mini blizzard.
Door locked before close:
The door was already locked 20 minutes prior to close. I was unable to go inside to place an order.
Tap to Pay:
Very disappointed in the experience in the drive-through. If you want to use tap to pay on your phone. You have to give them your phone and pass it through the drive-through window.
The employees explained that this is because the cord for their card reader does not reach the window.
In the year 2026 this is unacceptable. Every fast food chain has adjusted and gotten a longer card reader cord to accommodate phones.
To take tap to pay, I should not need to give my phone to an employee.
Building condition:
The plants and shrubbery on the outside of the building are very overgrown and need attention. Parking lot is in rough shape.

Right so let me be clear, i have NEVER seen a dairy queen this bad.
1st of all, sundaes. You get SCAMMED. I live locally, so i know how they were before, the sundaes used to be stacked scoops almost reaching top of lid, now? you get like 2 small scoops, absolute bs this establishment is, food quality has declined so much over the past 3-5 years. Dont go here, I hope this place closes especially with the high-schoolers that barely do anything here and work lazily.

Came to this location asked for a lettuce wrapped sandwich they said no! So I got 3 piece chicken tenders The french fries were hot Fresh brand new but the chicken strips were hours old very cold hard and dry. I also ordered a regular cheeseburger. The cheeseburger seem like it was old and they warmed it up because it was very hot to the touch and the bread was spongy like it had been warmed up in the microwave. I will not be going back and I hope that you see this and you do not go there either

Love Dairy Queen but I definitely won’t go to this location again. Very trashy area, and very rude service.
I asked to substitute hot fudge and nuts for strawberries and bananas. They still put nuts and told me they can never do an order like this again. “No substitutes!” They said. I’ve always ordered this from different locations and never had an issue until I went this this specific location. I’ve never even had to pay for substitutions at other locations.
Please be careful and check your food especially if you have a nut allergy.

The drive thru line was very long, but understandable because of COVID19. The employees treat you like a number. For once they finally got our order right tonight, but when we got it, the ice cream items were so melted it got all over us. Dillybar fell completely off the stick, didn’t even get one bite. Dipped cone drooled out in a big sloppy mess when we bit into it. Terrible service, terrible product, money wasted.

I love the chicken strip basket. For $7.00 you get; drink, dessert, chicken and fresh.
My only wish is that the gravy was thick every time. It’s not, more often than not, runny . So harder to stick to the chicken.

Ordered a large vanilla cone, paid $3.19 for something smaller than a regular cone one could get at McDonald’s. When questioning the size, the drive-thru attendant told me he didn’t make the orders, only served them and seeing as I was getting seriously rude looks from the people who made the cone, (senior member and new employee I am guessing?) didn’t feel comfortable pressing the issue further.

Went to the drive, the guy taking our order was nice and friendly. Got to the window and the girl did not look like she wanted to be there. I’m fair so didn’t think much of it. I can clearly see how her nails were done. Long and yes quite pretty but in the food service industry? I think not. And when she was handing me my drink, she was looking away, and I had to lean out of my car to grab it from her. She kept scratching her head before handing the rest of our drink and cone. I don’t expect over the top customer service, but a common sense customer service, I expect.
