This place has bugs in their broth. At first I couldn’t believe it because I’ve never seen spices or seeds that look like that and I was tempted to ask but didn’t want to be rude. Instantly eating it in the restaurant I felt sick and had to use the bathroom so I asked for it to go to observe it at home and yup it’s small bug shells maybe even maggots. I’ve also been here before and got the same order so when I compared previous photos to this, it did not have those those black specs which are bugs. This is disgusting and the place should be closed or inspected I don’t recommend eating here this is not right to waste your money to get poisoned.

Just ordered takeout from this place as it’s usually one of our favorite healthier options to order from. However, we were really disappointed by the lack of food we were given for the $70 we just spent. Ordered some beef brisket pho with a rare steak and brisket pho.
There was barely any meat in any of our bowls at all! Just really small two to three pieces, honestly very disappointing considering how much we paid. They also only gave us lemon slices instead of lime. If you are getting customers that spend that much on your food, the least you can do is get the order correctly.
Overall, this place used to be good but the service and prices have gotten very stingy. We would have added extra brisket and noodles to our bowls but it would have been $100 which is so much money for not a lot of food. Normally, we do not like leaving bad reviews, again this place used to be good but after today’s experience we will not be coming back again.

I got the milk tea with brown sugar boba. It tasted like the tea was burnt and it was more Chinese milk tea than the original one… not to mention, the boba pearls were half raw, they were stiff and just hard to chew. But the lady that served me was pretty nice and patient. The place was also very clean, with a cute boba plushie to greet you and nice decoration. Overall, if you like chinese milk tea and stiff pearls, this place is for you.

The food was delicious. I’m a picky eater when it comes to pho. The broth was full of flavor. The chicken wings are so good. All the dishes were exactly what we expected. Service was good too. They were polite and took our order within 5-10 minutes. We walked in with 3 other groups and they took our order pretty fast and our food came quick. Within 45 mins, we ordered ate and left.

The new ownership has made definite improvements over the past! The food all tasted good and authentic. I did need to add a little bit of fish sauce to the broth to get it to my tastes, but that was easy as they provide it on the table.
The spring rolls tasted fresh and the peanut sauce paired with it was good as well.

The food here is okay, I mainly visit for the convenience. It’s a casual spot, but the service is lacking; no one checked in on us throughout the entire meal. I was also disappointed when I asked for traditional Bun Bo Hue accompaniments—extra ớt sa tế, shrimp paste, and peppers, toppings —and the server acted as if she didn’t understand the request. It felt less like a language barrier and more like a way to avoid the extra effort (literally playing “dumb”). Unfortunately, the BBH itself was underwhelming, disappointing. I’ve been here a few times but after today, I dont think I’ll be going back.

It was fairly good, didn’t overly enjoy it but it was good . I believe it’s a new place so they’re still trying to figure things out. The outdoor seating is always a plus. The egg rolls could’ve been a bit crispier. The pho itself was refreshing, the broth was good. Could have used more toppings for the pho but it was okay.

This is a place to take your quick pho cravings away. I would not say that it is a true authentic Vietnamese restaurant, but it is more of a fast food style. The place is clean and also very friendly. Staff do wear proper health safety attire. Their drinks are a bit on the pricey side and not extremely tasteful. We are frequent customers and enjoy going their for their soup and summer rolls.

I ordered a Chicken Pho and my soup came with pieces of shrimp, which I am allergic to. Once I realized it I stopped eating it.
On the other hand, They didn’t washed the basil. It had dirt all over as the picture shows.
