My sub fell apart. Drowning in mayonnaise. The bread was soaked in it and unable to eat it. Threw it in the garbage. I’ve never seen that much mayonnaise on a sub. Ridiculous amount.

Worst customer service I’ve ever received from a firehouse subs at all. I ordered a hook&ladder with spicy mustard no tomato I was told it comes with spicy mustard I said fine. When I get back to work I find no spicy mustard and loaded with mayo. I do not eat mayo I would have assumed instead of just saying it comes with spicy mustard you would reply “only” if there is anything other than on it “my mistake” I own that but when I call back up there to speak with someone you have the option in the menu to select speak with manager so I did. A young lady answered without an intro so I don’t know here name I proceeded with my issue she stated come back and we will remake it “well if I had time to come back I wouldn’t have gotten to go” I explained I’m back at work and unable to come back she says well I will write it on the back of the receipt and next time they will remake it for you. No I’m sorry that happened nothing just oh that’s the way it comes and if you didn’t say spicy mustard only then it will have everything. She again offered to put receipt back and remake when I come back. I said how about I just don’t come back at all she says that’s fine and hung up. So to the owners of Firehouse you should seriously evaluate your employees and especially management obviously they don’t have the same care for community as you did when you opened your doors. P.s. I almost never leave a bad review but this was terrible

Ran in to get a quick dinner and get back to work. After placing my order and waiting, several people who ordered after me got called up to get their food. So when I went to ask was mine ready the young boy said they had a lot of tickets and working on it (rudely might I add) I said well several people that came after me got theirs before me…. I only had 1 sandwich and a bowl of chicken and dumplings. Ok fast forward, I get to work and I go to eat the amazing dumplings and wow!! ONLY broth NO dumplings!!!!! Sandwich was good that got 2 stars BUT service was horrible for the 1st time ever and seriously, I paid for a bowl of broth that I threw away? Didn’t even get napkins or those soup crackers in my sack. I’m a RN and try to support firefighters but come on now….

First I just want to say that we have always enjoyed dining at this Firehouse location. The service and food have always been good and rarely have any issues if at all.
The point of my review has nothing to do with the location but corporate. The prices are insanely high. Just this last weekend we had one small hook and ladder combo (small drink with chips), a medium create your own sandwich combo ( ham sandwich, small drink with chips), and a medium Italian combo (small drink with chips). Total for all was $36. I get it with inflation and whatnot but to us this is insane what Firehouse corporate charges for their product. We love Firehouse but we definitely eat there much less than we have in the past.

What happened to this location? My wife and I went the other night and it was bad. Dirty, no lids or straws and the kids taking your order wouldn’t look at you or speak clearly. I ordered a tuna sandwich after asking if they had some, then a few minutes later I was told they didn’t have any. There was tuna in the fridge right behind the register clearly labeled. The shift lead called his manager and when she asked why he didn’t just make us some tuna his response was “I didn’t know I was supposed to.” At least the wife and I got a good inside joke out of the whole thing.

We just tried to get a sandwich at 8:40 on 5/11 with a 9:00 close. We apologized for coming in so close to closing time and the guy and girl inside working were very mad and said they weren’t able to make any sandwiches this close to closing and asked us to leave. Just wanted to give a heads up to anyone who tries to go in the evening. They were very unhappy. Also
If they quit serving food at 8:30 they should put that on their sign and it have the store still open.

TJ helped us out so much. We were running behind and we made it 1 minute to closing, and TJ stepped up and made sure we were taken care of. Truly blessed to have TJ helping. We give him 10 stars!!!
