I ordered a 3-piece chicken tenders meal from Wingstop on Main Street in Hartford via DoorDash. I chose the Hickory Smoked BBQ flavor and fries, and initially declined the soda but later tried to add it. Unfortunately, the store said no when I asked my Dasher to change the order. When my food arrived, the sauce seemed just slapped on top instead of being tossed with the chicken, which made it less flavorful. The fries were also cool, not hot and crispy like I expected. I didn’t dine in, so I can’t speak to the restaurant’s vibe, but the overall experience was a bit disappointing. Hoping for better next time!

I had walked into this establishment expecting tasty wings. When I had tried the wings it was the most horrible and dissatisfying food I have ever eaten. The so called “hot honey” had neither hot or honey. The wings tasted like oil and there was a lot of oil in the box that were drowning the wings. Called restaurant@1130Pm To report a mistake regarding online order I received
I Was told on the phone to come in to the store&pick up the rest of my order by Luis who hung up on me so I called back&again I was told my order would be remade. I even asked if I needed to come in b4 my order was fixed and was told no. I was asked more than 4times what was wrong with my order and that they would have it ready and fixed I was rushed to be in the store before 12 but all of the employees.
I even heard them talking to each other on the phone.
I arrived@1155 &was approached by Luis yelling saying he will not be making anything to fix the order i also spoke to another female employee on shift who told me to come in and grab my food My issue was having a costumer drive to the store just for the employees to lie&disrespect them over a simple wing order I haven’t seen a place who doesn’t listen and fix their costumers problems I also see that you recently opened this locationThis is the first time and first place to ever give this treatmentI was denied a refund and was told I have to return the next day They accepted more than 3 costumers after me and more food was made I was told my food would take 15min but regardless that they’re not making my food and I was even willing to wait after driving 22 min to pick up my MESSED up order I ordered correctly paid&tipped
I will be coming person as well I need action taken on this matter.

Been in here a handful of times alr. Dont let the reviews fool you, the employees are nice and the food has always been good. People just like to cause problems for no reason and are more willing to leave a bad review than a good one. Treat ppl how you wanna be treated, simple. This community don’t uplift nobody fr.
