Food is exceptional and their fries are the best I’ve ever had anywhere! Love the outdoor seating area with the chalkboard wall that has bible quotes written on it. Very cute place! Only thing I didn’t care for was that I didn’t see combo prices and had to order things separately which made it kinda pricey. 3 sandwiches, 3 fries and 1 softdrink was $64.

Absolutely loved AJ’s Sandwiches! I ordered The Sweetness and it was perfection the balance of flavors was spot on, fresh ingredients, and every bite just worked. You can tell they actually care about the quality of their food, not just throwing a sandwich together.
Great portions, super satisfying, and 100% something I’ll be craving again. If you’re debating what to order, The Sweetness lives up to its name. Highly recommend!

Stopped in for lunch. These sandwiches are worth every penny – they come loaded with meat and flavor. I had to try the fries after reading all these reviews – they were SO GOOD. Idk how they get them so perfectly crispy but they’re top tier.
Employees were very pleasant as well!
Next time we come up here, we’re definitely stopping by again.

This sandwich shop was great. I don’t usually like sandwiches, but the arsonist was great. It’s got buffalo sauce, and fried chicken in it, and was delicious. And the fries were super crunchy, and tasted really good. It’s a bit pricey for a sandwich, but the flavors make up for it. I’ll definitely be back.

The parking is good plenty of parking space and is a good size restaurant. It was empty when we stop by .
Ok less talk about the sandwich I got a pastrami sandwich with N egg!! Sunny side up you know the joke running, and I was like ….. I don’t eat eggs Sunny side up !!! at all!
But it was good!
French fries were good !!
My only complaint about the sandwich is the my favorite bread Dutch crust was good but the bottom of the bread was not hot !!
But that’s me being a brown bear!!+

I’m so glad I found this place! Whenever I’m in Yuba City I stop here for lunch. If I lived in the area, I’d go more often, especially for a football game. They have tons of TVs and a cool covered outdooor area where the walls are chalkboards you can draw and write on! The food is impeccable, its always clean in the restaurant, and the employees are all great. Its a family run business which is the kind of place I like to patronize. I dont eat out a lot, but the food is worth the money and going there supports a family. Win win!

The family and I saw this sandwich shop promoted on Instagram and thought we had to go. So we drove the 40 minutes or so to Yuba City to give it a try.
Well 70 bucks later we were waiting to have our sandwiches served but instead I approached the counter to see our order sitting there getting cold. I was not happy but thought they couldn’t be that cold since they make every sandwich to order.
I was wrong, sandwich and fries only warm and overall they were lacking in flavor and toppings. My wife had the Burstrami and she had less than 2 bacon slices worth or Pastrami on her sandwich. She could not even taste any.
Overall we were let down and we can’t see ourselves going there again.

AJ’s Sandwiches never disappoints! Everything tastes so fresh from the bread to the toppings. You can tell they care about quality and customer service. The staff is always friendly, and the portions are generous. Definitely my go-to spot for a good sandwich in town!

**New customer** I was craving a sandwich and thought I would try this place out. I ordered the All American Burger on sourdough with avocado and it DID NOT disappoint. It was made basically right in front of me and the meat itself was juicy. Hands down one of the best burgers I’ve had in a long time. I enjoyed eating indoors even though there was an option to sit outside. The atmosphere is laid back with good music. I will definitely be returning! Make sure you tell the guys behind the counter how much you like the food before you leave, they rock!
