simple chicken sandwich, fry and ice tea cost me $19.50
$20 dollars for lunch is so out of order!!!
Sandwich bread was dry, chicken was dry, bacon was from breakfast and there was so very little sauce, you could hardly chew it. Zip use to be my favorite place to eat. I even worked there in the late 80’s! Totally unhappy with the visit.

We ordered a tub of tots, which the price wasn’t disclosed on the menu board. I was shocked to hear that one tub was $13. We drove two miles and stopped to eat them. They were oil soaked and mushy. You couldn’t pick one up without it falling apart. Not one of them was crispy. We didn’t have time to go back and tried to eat them. It was disgusting and we will never be back.

Large order for family of four adults, order placed easily, made some special requests and were received very friendly and done promptly, food was great, hot things hot, hurricanes were cold and kept cold in car ice chest so wouldn’t melt in summer afternoon heat, all the burger combos were done exactly as menu described and everything tasted fresh. All prepared quickly and nothing missed or in error. Thanks for a great meal, great service and experience. Barry, the supervisor, is the best!

I think the Trent zips may be the worst. All others a large root beer float comes in the big cup here a large is like a kids size plastic cup. And the tarter here sucks compared to Cheney.

The burgers were only ok, the fries that we used to go just to get were just no good. Best things were the shakes and as always their tartar sauce. They should bottle it.

So I pull into the drive through, a woman came over the intercom saying what can I get you. I ask for a large chicken and fry basket with BBQ sauce and ranch. She says of course, I’ll have your total at the window. I pull forward to the window and lady opens the window and rudely says can I help you? So I let her know that I ordered a large chicken and fry basket with BBQ sauce and ranch. She said to me, we’ll I didnt take that order. So she rang me up and told me price. I go to hand her my debit card and she snatched it out of my hand. Then after cashing out my order she shoves the corner of my card into the palm of my hand.
I am normally not one to get upset with food service workers as I am also a food service worker and get that we all have bad days. I however try my very best never to let my bad flow over to my customers as it is not their fault in any way that I’m having a bad day. So I believe that there may need to be some retraining done at this store on how to treat your customers. Especially when I’m paying $19.59 for 6 chicken strips and fries (which maybe was a medium fry)! The last few times I have been to this location they have also gave me the wrong sauces, but I didnt say anything because I thought maybe the person who got my sauces may have been a new employee.

Service was great, but we paid 75. Dollars, and our French fries were cold and not even cooked all the way done. So they were hard by the time we got home and my husband’s fish was possibly undercooked or just old, it was Gray and not very good.
