Stopped by for a stuffed crust pepperoni, waited over 15 minutes , more than the estimated time they said when I paid for it they don’t double check the order as they forgot the side I ordered and paid for. Did not go back for the time I paid for since I had already arrived home when I noticed my order was incomplete. I suggest double checking before you leave the store

Absolutely disgusting how they got my order wrong and I ordered 1.5 hours before hand. Then the employees at the front was rude as ever after I had to wait additional time for them to remake my pizza. She had the nerve to get an attitude when I told her my order was wrong.

The young woman in front who helped me was so nice & polite & courteous. She was consistent with each customer making sure to acknowledge everyone. Her father came in I’m assuming maybe to pick her up soon & their relationship is so sweet, the whole team that shift seem to get along very well. Good energy. And it was clean. Usually when I go to a pizza place to pick up, I’d rather wait in car but this store felt comfortable enough to wait inside.

Until today, I always had great experiences with this location. Today my pizza was burnt (as pictured) so I made a complaint. The *OWNER* (Jeff) aggressively told me that’s how thick crust has to be cooked. The center is still doughy and the top is toast. I have ordered the same order for years and never seen it like this, but it’s the lack of being able to admit it was not cooked correctly shocked me.

This Little Caesars Location used to be good. I’ve been coming to this location once or twice a week for the last 3 years. But recently I’ve seen a huge drop in the quality of food and they keep getting my orders wrong repeatedly and refusing to make it right. I’ve ordered a pepperoni pizza, and they keep giving me a plain cheese pizza, and they have done this 2 times in a row and wouldn’t give me the right one when it was brought to their attention. So now they lost a customer. I definitely won’t be coming back to this location! Hire some better employees who can actually read the orders correctly!
