Wonderful experience! It’s a warm fall day & while on a road trip, and we decided ice cream for lunch was a must. A quick Google search yielded this gem. So many fun, funky flavors. Very creative! Service is wonderful. Very nice picnic tables to sit at. Even with highway traffic nearby, it’s nice to sit outside & enjoy an ice cream treat.

Andrew, the soft-serve sorcerer himself, wasn’t just an attendant; the man was a cone-wielding legend. When I was ambushed by a band of pirate ninjas trying to steal my double chocolate twist, he stood tall, armed with waffle cones and courage. His swirl game was strong, his spirit stronger.

This Brig soft serve that is located in Rib Mountain is a much better one than located in West on. The sizes in Rib Mountain are triple the sizes of ice cream cones you get in Weston . So visit the one in Rib Mountain if you want a good deal.

Briq’s is consistently SO FREAKING GOOD. I love their zany Flurry flavors, Angry Elephant and Yeti Traxx are my go-to picks. Their soft serve is delicious no matter what flavor you get.
Update: Walked 1.5 mi round trip in 45 degree rain to get Angry Elephant while my Jeep was getting new wheels put on.
Worth it.

Yummy! This was my first time stopping here. Very good soft serve ice cream. I had a mini Turtle Sundae, while my grandchild had a mini flurry. They were both very good. Lots of added ingredients. I certainly understood why the place was extremely busy, despite the fact that they couldn’t take any credit cards (their system was down). I’ll be back the next time I’m in the neighborhood.

We accidentally stumbled on this place a couple years ago while we went hiking at Rib Mountain State Park and ever since we have wondered how we never heard of this place before. They have THE BEST soft serve ice cream any of us have ever had, period. They also offer a 1lb ice cream cone and that is a big hit with the kids, it’s pretty huge and fun. They give you a card every time you order one and once you get 100 cards you get a t-shirt and free ice cream, it’s a fun thing that most places don’t do anymore. We love this place so much that in the summer time (fall too) we will routinely drive the hour and fourth minutes it takes to get there, just to go there. I don’t have anything bad to say about Briq’s and we have been to 4 locations now I believe. All in all if you like ice cream and you find yourself within an hour or two of them definitely make the detour and check them out!

I love this place for ice cream. It has a lot of different options for not only my wife and I are but also my two children. Oh and don’t forget also an option for dogs as well. A lot of the extra toppings that are put another ice cream mixers also include homemade ingredients including homemade donuts and couldn’t homemade coffee lot of great amazing tasting treats. The staff is always nice, and we always make it a special trip to go into quote-unquote town to visit and to get the delicious treats that they have to offer.
