I enjoyed pizza hut but when I just called just now a guy answers asks me for my name and phone number I said I haven’t ordered yet then asks what specials are there guy says everything is on sale I repeat my self 4 more times guy stays quiet and talking really low can’t hear a word then stays stuck and says my bad my bad my bad laughing and sounded like goofing off then I asked for the manager and he got quiet again then laughed and said do you still want to hear the specials Good job pizza hut thanks

Terrible customer service. Ordered online. Details of my order just say big New Yorker. I was given a very greasy plane cheese pizza. Should have been a pepperoni New Yorker. Spoke with the manager who just kept saying it’s not their fault because I ordered online. I begged her to remake my order. The only thing she could say is it’s company policy. That was the only thing she knew how to say. Never ordering from here again.
