Ordered the 9 dollar box and the taco shell was stale. Also ordered special sauce and paid .30 cents but didn’t get it. Ordered a Taco with no lettuce, but ALL had lettuce.

Stopped in the drive-through waited for three minutes. No one came to the intercom then I went inside and no one was in there, but the restaurant was open. It was completely weird. Not sure what was going on.

Even though the door said they were open till Midnight, the employees including the manager said they were not. I was trying to door dash and had two pick ups between 10pm and 11:30pm. 10pm I went through the drive thru, no one answered. I could see what appeared to be the manager sitting inside. Knocked on the window. Than tried the front door. It was unlocked. So I walked in, there were 3 employees all said the lobby was closed. I explained I had a pick up through door dash. They made the pick up. I delivered it, than my next order was for them. I tried the drive thru again at 11:30pm. No one answered, so I drove to the window, honked, knocked, no one came to the window until 11:50pm they said they were closed and that I had to cancel the door dash order.

There was a girl there tonight that was very rude. We was asked to drive around to wait! Cool no big deal they were a little busy so I get it ! She brings us our food with nothing but attitude! Like I said I get it people have bad days but we ain’t the problem! We check the bag and two things were missing, just 2 things of nachos and cheese. She was still outside talking to her friend (not another worker) so we got her attention and said we were missing 2 nachos ! She went back in and came back with one so I asked about the other one and she got loud and was like you only got the one with 2 cheese very unprofessional !! Mind you she corrected me to tell me I only got the one nacho with two cheeses, but I only got one! make it make since !! If you really don’t like your job Quit

It always seems like when I get in the habit of eating something from here, it’s no longer available unless I use the app. I haven’t been in about a month or so because what I ordered in drive-thru I was told I have to use the app if I want it. Which doesn’t make sense to me, usually if something has been pulled from the menu, it’s not there, but it seems like they should’ve just told me that it was discontinued, because I was mad for days over it (mainly when I would pass by.) Taco Bell needs to bring back the Quesarito because it was the best thing on the menu.
