This is one of the nicest Starbucks I’ve been to in the High Point area. The Archdale Starbucks is well run, clean and extremely efficient. The drive-through can get busy in the morning, but they are so friendly and so quick to get you through that you don’t even notice it. Inside is totally modern totally clean and a very well run. The management should use this as a Bellweather for other Starbucks. The drinks are made quickly correctly and with a smile. If you’re in the area, I suggest you come by the Furniture inside is new and modern there’s outdoor seating and plenty of things to eat and friendly people to watch. Well, done Starbucks.

We went through the drive through this morning and ordered a pesto mozzarella and egg sandwich, they gave us the wrong thing and it was completely deconstructed in the bag. My daughter has to scoop the inside of the sandwich off the bottom of the bag and put it in the bread to make something close to edible.

I really like the staff, as they are all very sweet, and I’m not one to make reviews but it needs to be done. I come here so much, almost everyday, and at times my drinks are inconsistent, the wait time is crazyy, and they’re always out of some of their products. I normally have to place my order 15-30 minutes before I get there, and sometimes it’s still not done. I love the place and hope it will grow in the future!

Workers are always very friendly here, my coffee is almost always made right and tastes great. My dog even loves her pup cups in the drive thru and the workers are so sweet with her.
I only have 2 issues with this location:
1. The wait times are always long. I was once told it would be a 2 HOUR wait for a latte with no customization. Not sure if it’s an understaffing issue.
2. It doesn’t have the coffeeshop vibe the CEO is trying to bring into all Starbucks locations. It caters more to the drive thru and most people seem to take their orders to-go. I also don’t care for the required message the baristas have to write on cups. It feels forced and adds to that long wait time.

I never fail to have a GOOD experience at this location. Even when my order might be wrong. The customer service is always great.
I noticed through the drive thru window that my coffee might have been made wrong but didn’t want to assume, as I never have order issues at this location. But it was wrong, and I circled around and came inside to have it remade. I hate asking to have things remade but it was just not drinkable for me. Not a problem for them. They were so nice and understanding. Remade it perfectly. And as I was leaving one of the employees came to the door and gave me a giftcard for the “trouble” and I was pleasantly surprised. I wasn’t upset about having it remade at all, it happens. But this location proves over and over they truly care about good customer service. I will drive past other locations to come here always. 10/10

I don’t come to this one much and I’m not one to leave bad reviews usually but every time I have came to this Starbucks it takes incredibly long and whoever has been at the window anytime I’ve came through the drive thru is rude, if I place a mobile order and am told 10-15 minutes and I arrive and hop in the drive thru bc there’s only 3 cars ahead and end up still sitting in the drive thru for 20 minutes, and then get to the window and the lady working doesn’t say hi, how are you? Are you **insert name** just sticks arm out the window no smile, nothing, I mean come on, and then my drink is always not correct to where I have to add/fix it myself when I get to work or home

Everytime i come here it is a great experience. I came on Sat 10/18 and the blonde girl who was making drinks is incredible everytime I come in she is so sweet, patient, and amazingggg customer service. 10/10 like always. The hard work of these employees is crazy. I’m sure there not getting paid the amount of energy they put into making drinks every morning for a crowd full of crazy people. Raise deserved give it.

Love starbucks blonde coffees but this location , when placing a mobile order, takes over 15 minutes in the morning just for a coffee. If you order drive-thru pickup works the best. The employee’s are awesome as usually. Just need more good help the mornings.
