This is a cute little Starbucks, with generally kind staff and efficient order processing. They have a pretty good selection of gift items (mugs, travel mugs, coffee beans etc), along with a good variety of food. This Starbucks is so good, even the old school Mainers love it! 🙂

This is Starbucks folks. The food and drinks don’t really change from store to store. It’s the service and environment that sets each store apart. There was nothing exceptional about the service but it’s located in what seems to be a historic home. It’s a real good vibe.

I’ve come here multiple times. The first 2 times I came in, the store was very busy and my order got messed up – small things, such as being given the wrong size. They were so nice about it and gave me gift cards for next time to correct this. Staff here are always so friendly and welcoming. They were also very accommodating during the recent storm as myself and many others were riding out the power outage here to get some work done, they came around with drink samples of new things, offered people water, and even watched my laptop so I could use the restroom without worrying about packing everything up. These are great people.

Staff is lovely. Waits are a bit long. It would be great if the normal iced coffee would be served right away like the hot coffee – since it doesn’t need to be made. Long line to wait for a simple iced. – brought it down to a 2. Staff is great! The issue of waiting for the hot or iced coffee behind all the fancy drinks still persists months later.

I was super hungry and needed something quick before dinner so I stopped in for a loaf. The staff members were just SO sweet and kind I felt like I needed to write a review because it was so amazing!! They even brought my food to where I was sitting and I just really appreciated it.
