My wife and I have been coming here since about 2018 and man it is the BEST! Today we walked in with a hankering for our favorite KC local spot and were greeted with a smile. The service member working offered us the tortilla soup and it was SPECTACULAR! Been coming here for years and hadn’t tried this yet but we will be coming back for their soup! And can not beat the $3.95 happy hour Margaritas! If you are looking for a change of pace this if the place!

One of the few Latin restaurants that serves salmon in wraps, tacos and salads.
Clean, tasty and filling.
THE ONLY THING I’M IRRITATED ABOUT IS the facility on Metcalf had to close down.
But that’s YOUR fault for sleeping on the ‘quality’ that was in your midst.
I’m originally from LA AND, been to Mexico enough times to know good Mexican food and I can tell you most of Kansas metro area Mexican food IS slop.

Tortilla Ranch is great. I get the same thing every time. The nachos and tres leches cake. They have a great chipotle-style ordering line to make your items your way.
I really like how they have nachos with all the toppings you want and queso given chipotle and other similar places do not.
The tres leches cake is always very soft and creamy. Love it!

Fantastic local and fast. Line style, build your plate type food. The enchilada burrito with hot tomatillo sauce is absolutely delicious. Their regular bowls are awesome too. Better prices, service and food quality than chipotle. Will be eating here regularly for as long as it’s around.
