The services was crappie. We were just looked at instead of asking if we could be help. Then we get our food and our biscuits were hard as brick. Very cold in the building. The most pleasant thing about this restaurant was the music playing.

It’s sad when you can look at your food and know who is making the sandwiches. Egg so old it looks like plastic? Probably the sandwich maker with purple hair…. every single time…. I love Hardee’s, but when im in Clarksville I will never buy food here again, even the dog spit out the biscuit. A waste all the way around.

Zero star experience. The restaurant was filthy. The restaurant had a very few customers in it, however, majority of the tables were dirty, soda spills and cup marks on the table, trash on the floor, dust all over the windows. The area where I sat had a several huge cobwebs that looked like it has been there for ages. There was also bugs around and in the webs. The trash can was overflowing. The lady who took our order forgot about us and waited for a while to get 1 chicken biscuit. And when I went to get it, they totally did not remember I placed an order. The food was not ready and had to wait again to have it prepared. There were just standing around talking. The sandwich also wasn’t good. I didn’t eat because it didn’t look appetizing. My boyfriend ate it and had indigestion. Hardee’s in general have some of most delicious burgers and sandwiches but this one didn’t do it justice.
