The customer service here is really poor. The only reason I still come here is because of the food and the cooks in the back don’t have anything to do with the rude girls at the counter. The 2 African American girls always get an attitude when ordering over the phone everytime and they never give you a number or wait time, they just hang up in your face abrutly. It’s so rude !!! Like at least give me a wait time. And if you don’t like your job , please find something else because fast food may not be for yall babe. It’s common courtesy things that you guys lack. It’s really bad for business.

It’s mind boggling how you walk in the cashiers DO NOT greet you meanwhile you have this chick working with a bonnet on her head! No class at all! What’s even more mind boggling is the management let her work this way. Please get some professionalism about your establishment! I won’t be eating here again for awhile until you clear out the rift raft

I’ve been here twice in the past 2 weeks and both times my food was good. The service was good and my salad was packed! Both times! I ordered extra onions and banana peppers, but I had enough to feed two people with my salad. Very nutritious and light for people who don’t want a heavy lunch. You won’t regret it I promise you! Food is fair, the service sucks. I usually root for everyone black, but they should really bring back the Asian female cashiers. They currently have Bebop and Rocksteady as the cashiers, they don’t greet, barely speak, and attitudes are uncalled for. Their customer service is so horrible, it makes you question the food quality.

I went in yesterday 12/26 to get some wings and I walked in and ORKIN was ACTIVELY spraying I mean they had fryers a condiment stands moved and buddy was SPRAYINGGGGGG like a lot lol…now while I appreciate them taking pest control seriously, my stomach turned seeing them during working hours an her still wanting to take my order…I ran out that mfr so damn fast!!

I eat here at least once a week, but my last two visitS were not good. Last week I got Garlic pepper wings they were dry, but I let it go because they are normally good. This week I got 2 salads (fish and steak). They were really bad. How can you mess up salads? They do a lot of business but they need to take there time. Lately they have been off.
