I stopped by Pizza Hut and got wings and a pizza. I made it outside to eat some of it. And found a roach on my wing. Manager took plate to crew members and they proceeded to laugh about the situation. Never again.

I’ve been going to the Eufaula Pizza Hut for 40 years. As a child it was a fun, friendly, colorful place with friendly customer service and a family atmosphere. Bright colors, flashing Juke Box, Arcade Game. It was the place to go.
I went this week and was not greeted. Had to ask someone if I could sit at a table. Was finally met at the table by an employee who handed me a one page menu with no prices listed. I asked for a glass of tea and was told they do not have tea. I could see the soda machine and what drinks were labeled on it. I ask for a Dr. Pepper. 10 minutes later he returns to tell me they do not have fountain drinks but I could get a 2 liter bottle. (I was alone.)
Restaurant looked like it was being used for storage, tables and floor filthy, no Music, No Games, No friendly helpful staff. I felt as if I was an inconvenience by coming in to sit down and have dinner.
I politely got up and left. It’s sad what this world is becoming.
Update: Closed down after 40 years in operation.

The service was fine. We got it to go the other day, and it was like they went and bought a fozen pizza from the store. I used to love Pizza Hut, and they had great pizza . We hadn’t been in a while and decided to get one. I don’t know if it was just that night or if it has changed that much. But it wasn’t like it used to be. I was very disappointed. Probably won’t try it again.

Ordered a pizza with no cheese. Made the pizza with cheese. Said they would fix and. And never did. Never got a pizza I could eat. The argued with me for 20 minutes and never remade me a pizza. Waste of time and money. Take your money elsewhere. Condemn this place and shut it down. Worst service ever.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. My only complaint is I think they gave my cheese sticks to another family and had to remake my order because they came in after me and I had to wait quite a while for mine. I did order a pizza online while I was at my table eating to take home, and it was ready in no time. Be aware that if you order online you get better specials than if you order inside, but every Pizza that I’ve gotten at this Pizza Hut including the cheese sticks have all been well made and hot.

This establishment has been going downhill for quite some time. The last 3 times I have ordered a pizza, the wait time has been over an hour; however, my last experience is the one that takes the cake. We ordered 2 pizzas and an order of cheese sticks for delivery to our home 5 minutes from the restaurant. 20 minutes after the order was placed, I received a text that the order was out for delivery. An hour goes by, and still no delivery. So, I attempted to call the restaurant. We were on hold for 45 minutes. Finally, my husband went up the establishment for a refund, because the pizza was still not delivered. Over two hours later, and while my husband was at the restaurant asking for a refund, the pizza shows up. It was COLD (as one can imagine). So, I sent it away with the driver and told her we were seeking a refund. While at the establishment, my husband was unable to obtain a refund because management had as not there. That is absurd. So, he had to return today to try to seek a refund. He gets there only to be told it had to be refunded to my card, and they physically had to have my card. So, 3 trips and 6 hours of our lives wasted, and we are still waiting for the refund at this time. This is absolutely no way to business, unless your goal is to run it into the ground. If that’s your goal, then I’d say you are succeeding.

If you have a valid point and calmly want to make your dilemma known, how they treat you is VERY unfair!!! They fwd your phone calls to other stores and when they do answer, they have the most bogus excuse to NOT take your order…. a blatant display of discrimination which I thought I’d avoided being im familiar with the soon to be manager….. my loss,and theirs….

Ordered pizza to be deliver at 6:45 and it was delivered right on time. Checked the pizza tracker at 6:05 and it was out for delivery. Needless to say it was not warm by the time it got to my place. I also asked for it to be well done and it wasn’t. I’m not sure I would have brought that up if my pizza was warm though. Friendly delivery driver.

Im disappointed. The quality of the pizza was great. The customer service was great. The problem is with the idea that your getting a huge pizza with the Big Newyorker. Your not. Its a large pizza cut into 6 slices instead of 8. The commercial makes you think your getting a real Newyork pizza. Your not. Buy 2 little ceasars and get more pizza for the price of one.

I would say a 2 because the person that was working the cashier, didn’t even greet me. and when my son an order we wait over the 15 minutes and the food was ready for pick up. If she was a good employee she would have come over and said your food was ready. Honestly, she starts clean up. didn’t show any concerns. Bad news for her.
