Amazing Brunch hidden gem found by chance after airport drop off. There is nothing more appealing as a welcoming staff and atmosphere when entering an eatery. Our server, Sandy, was supported by fully engaged staff. Our Americano coffees were delivered hot and freshly brewed. The menu options were numerous and choosing was difficult. Started with hummus appetizer accompanied by fried pita strips. Very tasty! I choose Turkish Eggs that were very enjoyable, but less yogurt would be preferable. My daughter had Venezuelan Cachapa – WINNER! The arepas filled with cheese was Sooo very delicious. With all of the menu options, we will have to return multiple times to try them all. The cleanliness, prompt and friendly service speaks volumes for this staff. Well done Seventy 1 Bistro, we will be back often when in the Pensacola area.

The moment you step into 71 Bistro, you’re welcomed by a cozy ambiance and aesthetically pleasing décor. Their menu is impressively extensive, offering a wide selection of breakfast, lunch, and dinner options.
I visited for breakfast and ordered the Turkish Eggs and the Baked Egg Casserole. The Turkish Eggs were exceptional — poached eggs served over pita bread with a yogurt base. I haven’t seen this dish offered anywhere else, and it was absolutely delicious. I couldn’t stop myself from enjoying every bite and admiring how well the yogurt paired with the eggs. It is truly a must-try.
The Egg Casserole was also an excellent choice, featuring a cheesy top, perfectly cooked eggs, and a flavorful onion base. For dessert, we tried the baklava and apple turnover, both of which were equally impressive. The coffee was also very enjoyable.
They have a bakery section with variety of croissants and baklava.
Overall, I highly recommend 71 Bistro for anyone looking for delicious food, great ambiance, and unique breakfast options.

Food was amazing! Sampled several items from the table. Staff was kind and helpful. Coffee was delicious. Portions were large. The Burrata Toast and the Colombian Arpaburger were phenomenal. The Banana Carmel Pancakes were the perfect sweet breakfast. Can’t wait to come back and try more.

We stopped at Seventy 1 bistro for lunch and it’s my new favorite restaurant. Offering an eclectic menu, the food is so fresh and flavorful. The shrimp ceviche is so amazing, light and refreshing with a passionfruit sauce. The shrimp was so fresh! The chicken bowl was flavorful and delicious. We had baba ganoush as an appetizer and it was possibly the best I’ve ever had. Friendly staff, attractive furnishings.

Had a great experience at this place we tried on a whim. Loved the eclectic blend of ethnic foods here with an overriding middle eastern vibe. Each dish was scrumptious and beautifully plated. We also tried a bunch of the pastries for dessert ( decadently filled and decorated croissants) We will definitely be back!

The vibe here is great and conveniently located down the street from major shopping. The lattes were gorgeous and seemed like a crime to sip but were equally delicious. Staff is ON IT and very friendly and welcoming. The food is very flavorful. This isn’t your bland meal from a typical franchise. Recommend getting a little bit of everything and doing a family style meal.

Absolutely enjoyed my time here for brunch! The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, the service is excellent, and the food is amazing. I tried the brisket omelette, and my friends had the birria omelette and venezuelean cachapa. The meat was tender, the bacon was crispy, and the peppers, tomatoes and onions enhanced the flavor profile. The cappuccino’s expertly made, and the dessert is just *chef’s kiss* If you’re looking for a great place to enjoy some high quality food from a courteous staff then look no further. How did I stumble onto this little gem? I had an appointment down the road with my doctor and was meeting a friend for lunch. I looked up restaurants nearby and “found” 71. What’s this… such a diverse menu of American, Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine… eh, and fresh bakery. I’ve driven by so many times and never noticed it from the road. It’s on a small strip mall at a very busy intersection so you’re likely just try to avoid a wreck but this is now a destination for me. Breakfast was amazing with my friend, we’ll be back with our hubbies. My friend had the Dubai pancakes and I had the Venezuelan Cachapa… the appetizer was also so delicious… everything was fresh. Oh, I could rave all day about this little gem. Beautifully decorated, warm and friendly staff, extensive menu, something for everyone including vegetarian options. The bakery looked amazing. We’ll be back, you won’t regret trying Seventy 1!!!

Man, this place has potential but they are shady with the pricing. They charged us for an item that we didnt order which is one thing, but they charge an $1 extra for a scrambled egg…same egg just more work to scramble. Also charged for water without a heads up. So just be aware when your bill comes that theres going to be some add ons. They were very nice, but I won’t be back based on the hidden charges. I am overly positive with reviews so I can assure you its not me being picky.
