I ordered two Big New Yorkers. One was cut correctly; the other was not. One was way overcooked with cold toppings still on it because the manager added the missing toppings after it was cooked, then ran it through the oven again for about 90 seconds. The wings we ordered literally had enough sauce at the bottom of the container for one piece of chicken. The pieces of chicken were extra small, like popcorn chicken. The employees making the food left the line and came back without washing their hands. The fryer employee wore gloves to fold boxes but nothing else and also served customers without ever washing his hands in between serving and frying. This place is a food safety nightmare with zero care for how you get your food and if it is even made to Pizza Hut standards. Yum Brands needs to pull this franchise’s license, and no one wears hairnets.

The order placed on 2/17/25 also had major issues. An email was sent with a return message that they would get ahold of us within 3 days, and that hasn’t happened, which means they have zero care and concern for customer satisfaction. I would strongly advise everyone to get pizza somewhere else.

Why do they over cook it specifically at this location? No one wants crispy cheese! I thought maybe it was a fluke the last time I ordered it but this seems to just be a consistent problem. Nobody wants to pay $60 for pizza and it’s so crispy and overcooked. I want the cheese to not be rock hard.

I went in to pick my order up as went up to get my order when it was finished I asked for ranch and a girl work said that my order came with ranch so I said okay but also why does it matter if my order comes with a ranch I’m I not allowed to get more? Just bc my order comes with it already anyways I didn’t say anything and I went on just to come home and have no ranch with my order and it was something so simple. Don’t tell me my order comes with ranch when I ask for it just for me to not have ranch with my order.

I just had the best experience. Our waiter, Donte, went above and beyond to make sure that my order was prefect, with no cheese on anything. He even double checked the dressing to make sure I could eat it safely. I appreciate his kind and thoughtful service.

I ordered pizza to go after a long day. $60 for 3 pizzas. Wow, kinda pricey so it must be delicious right? Nope! Crust was just like frozen digorno pizza. I will definitely not go back. If I wanted cardboard frozen pizza I would have went to Walmart. Do not recommend.
