We were stationed in Germany where we learned about Döners. Missing them so much we decided to bring them here to the Fort Riley area. We serve; Döners with our homemade bread, beef/lamb kabab, tzatziki and toppings, Döner Bites, Döner salad and Döner Fries.

This is a food truck with limited outside seating, nestled in a parking lot with other food trucks. The food is very tasty and the serving size is huge, adequate for sharing, though I ate the whole doner myself. The owner was there and chatted with me, inviting me to come back again. The doner was a great weekend treat! The co-owner bakes the “pita” bread herself; did I mention it was huge?!

Much to my family’s dismay, I am strict with our budget, which means that we only eat out once or twice a month. They think it is ✨only✨ because of the money, but really, what it is, is that this practice allows us to enjoy every aspect of our experience. It also means we choose a place or two per month that has special significance for us.
This is one of the food trucks in Junction that my family adores, and I have been meaning to write this review since we first tried it back in October.
I value places that make me feel like I’m home, and since there’s no brick and mortar building to give you that homey feel, the owner, Mike, is right outside to take care of you the way a great uncle, grandpa, or friend might.
I always feel like I am welcomed and valued as a customer when I get to talk to Mike, especially on the days that he makes a point to say hi and check in when I’m visiting a food truck that isn’t even his.
When I need a carb or two, the Döner Meal is my go-to.
When it feels like bread in general might force me into an unwanted nap, I go for the Döner Chopped Salad.
Both are fantastic, flavorful, and contain a variety of textures that my husband, daughters, and I cherish.
The tzatziki is wonderful, but I feel the “spicy” tzatziki is where the magic is at.
If you want to try it but fear the heat, fear not, for it is not hot; it just has a nice complex spice blend.
We love it.
My daughter loves it.
She dislikes having her picture taken, but today she specifically asked me to take a photo of her and her food.
I hope that if you haven’t tried Filo’s, you’ll give it a shot.
I hope that if you have, you’ll keep going back-
My once-a-month trips won’t keep the truck lights on, but I need them to be there when the next take-out day comes.

Went there last night and it is good! Healthy portion sizes. I upgraded the wrap meal to doner fries and it’s two meals in itself. The owner was chatting it up with us and was welcoming. Try this place!

After a terrible day me and some friends saw this place so we stopped by and gave it a try. Food was amazing sauce was bomb and fries were perfectly crispy. Owner kept us company and chatted with us about the military while we ate very friendly and made our night. Highly recommend stopping by and giving this place a try.

The food was delicious, and was made quicker than I expected, without losing the quality!
I’ve had a lot of Döners, but I really liked these more than most that I’ve tried. The bread was delicious without overpowering the flavor of what’s inside, which was perfect! The meat was spicy, but not so much that I missed how robust it was.
The staff are very friendly and charismatic. They were telling me about some local amenities I hadn’t heard about, which seem like good spots to eat the next time I get a Döner.

I had their baby bierrocks during the Christmas bazaar event. They were amazing and delicious. A great and unique meal at a great price. Definitely a must eat. I wish I had a picture of the food.

If you have ever been to Germany (or Turkey) and have a hankering for some nostalgic and flavorful steer meat, look no further!! Filo’s Doner competes against some of the best street doner that I have ever had across all of Europe. The meat was extremely flavor full and the bread was unreal. 5/5 will go again and take my friends/family.
