Like most of these other reviews, absolute horrible experience. Ive ordered pick up here twice and its always late and then not actually ready when the app says it is.
Tonight takes the cake. I placed a delivery order at 5:14 for delivery between 5:59-6:09. 6:09 comes around and the app still says its being made. I wait until about 6:25 and no progress. Tried calling the store and they dont answer after 20 minutes. Chat says they cant help. Went there at 7 and they said pizza is with the delivery driver. Pizza finally gets here at 7:20. The pizzas cold, the order is wrong, and! The driver backs into our wet lawn to get out of our huge, open driveway! Absolutely horrible experience. Gave them too many chances already but will literally never go back and hope no one does either.

If i could give 0 stars and write a review I would. I placed an order online at 3pm for a delivery at 515pm. Got a confirmation and everything. 515 rolls around and nothing. The app day it is still being made. I call or I should say I try calling cause it took 30 mins for someone to answer the phone. I decided to show up in person to cancel. They claim the order is with door dash and will be delivered in an hour. I refuse and cancel. Absolutely zero communication from the store and there were other people waiting who all had the same issue.

Ordered a large pepperoni with extra sauce and cheese. Well I went when the tracker said that it was done. And guess what pizza was not even started. Waited for another 10 min and was given the pizza. Did not look my fault on that. Got home and not even close to what I ordered. Got a pizza with very little sauce and cheese. No pepperoni. Was very disappointed. Buyer beware. Needless to say I will not be returning to Papa John’s. I would suggest that everyone take a second look and go somewhere else.

We ordered carry out through the website said it would be ready between 5:50-6 we got there at 6 and our ordered didn’t even start to be made until 6:40 and we didn’t leave until 7. There was zero communication as to what was going on and the one man working the register was getting so upset with everyone asking what was going on that he started slamming random orders down on the counter for people to find their own order. There were probably 10-15 of us all waiting, some for over an hour. We had to go behind the counter to find our own orders waiting on the shelf. Very rude and unprofessional. I get being busy I don’t get being upset with customers from your own lack of communication. I would never recommend going to this location.

Placed an online order for pickup at a requested time. Arrived on time to ask for my order, woman told me there is nobody under my name with an order. She logs onto there system and my order is sitting in there. Already paid for the order, had to wait 40 minutes outside of my pickup time for them to make this order. They didn’t offer me anything for inconvenience, got home pizza is near burnt crust is very dry and thin and cheese sticks weren’t made correctly. They were paper thin with no dough to them. Don’t order here. Food went in the garbage.

Same owners as Bechtelsville. Zero clue what they’re doing. Crust was trash. Pizza had 72 ounces of pizza sauce on it. Was so excited to have a Papa John’s closer to our house again….short lived. Won’t return.

Ordered from this location twice and had issues both times. Both times, the crust was trash. Not your normal, doughy Papa Johns crust. I also paid extra both times for the cheese sauce and BOTH times they sent Bleu Cheese. I hate bleu cheese so it got tossed. This time, I placed my ordered and selected delivery for a specific time as I would not be home prior to that. I get a confirmation email that my order would be delivered 45 minutes prior to my selected time. I called the store and I explained what happened. I could barely understand the woman that answered the phone and I got some BS answer that she can’t do anything about it and that it was Door Dashes fault. So needless to say. My order sat on my front porch for 50 minutes prior to me getting home. You couldn’t pay me to order from this location ever again.

Store closes at 11pm, called 1h before closing they got my order. When I showed up at 10:35 to pick up the order I was told we canceled it. The guy who’s working there said we actually canceled it and seems like he didn’t care at all. Very unprofessional. And disappointing.

Ordered from this place 2 times and had issues both times. First time I ordered they forgot my soda which was 3$ for a 20oz and when I asked for a refund they never gave me one. It was an Indian that just told me to talk to my uber driver. The second time I got a delivery from this place I ordered 2 small pizzas at 9pm on the dot. I live 5 miles away.
I didn’t get my food delivered until 10:30 at night. AN HOUR AND A HALF FOR TWO TINY PIZZAS THAT COST ME 23$! When I called there to complain it was the same Indian giving me the same exact answer “Talk to your uber driver” This place is an absolute joke and I’ll never give them my hard earned money again!!!
