Walked into this place to get a bagel. There was one lady in front of me so I waited behind her. The kid behind the counter looked at me and acknowledged I was next and instead of taking my order went to the lady behind me. When I asked if there is another way to order the guy said “no, did I skip you?”. It was quite obvious I was skipped and I don’t appreciate being looked at like I’m stupid. The bagels are disgusting and resemble something chain made. Absolute disgrace using Brooklyn’s name. I have lived in New York my whole life and can tell when bagels are chain made in some factory and shipped to his location. Skip this place and go just about anywhere else. I think it’s clear by the fact the last recent positive review is from 3 years ago.

Awesome beagles! We got “everything beagles” which was a good choice. The bagels themselves are quite thick which is always a plus.
When you walk inside you can see how the bagels are made. Which is very cool. Especially if there is a line.
Keep in mind that they close at 3pm. Of course, the best time to come there is for breakfast.

I absolutely love bagel sandwiches, and Brooklyn Water Bagel has some of the best in Jupiter. I got the “Brooklyn” which is sausage, bacon, egg, and cheese on a bagel of your choice. The different components were layered throughout the sandwich and it was so good. The interior is small but the owners really did a good job keeping people spread out and the decor inside is really cool. I liked seeing all of the classic photos of NYC. I can’t wait to go back!

Good bagels. Great muffins. But in my opinion, the place became expensive… Five dollars (plus tax) for a large ice coffee, and they don’t put out Skim Milk like other branches do. They removed the napkins from every table too.

I haven’t been to BWB since the US1 bridge was shut down then reopened. I ordered ahead on the app and went to pick it up but there was no designated mobile pick up area. I saw a bag behind the counter, in the kitchen area but wasn’t an area I could get to. They were busy and I was on the phone trying to wrap up a conversation, I was there for about 7 minutes waiting to ask for my food and the bag i saw when i walked in was mine. The main point of ordering ahead is to not have to wait….
On top of that the bagel was nothing like I remembered, seemed like a store-bought bagel that was overcooked. When i used to get BWB frequently the bacon was always mixed into the egg on sandwiches, which I loved bc it was different and less messy. It did not come out that way and from the pictures on the menu they don’t do that anymore. Big bummer 🙁

Ordered the Brooklyn signature and got the wrong to go order. Shame on me for not looking so didn’t notice until I got home. Not only did they screw up the order they gave me the weakest cream cheese bagel I’ve ever had in my life. What happened to this place seriously!

The server messed up our order by adding several sandwiches and I didn’t catch it. We were enjoying our delicious food (dine in) when a staff member came over and informed us of the error so they could give us a refund. Above and beyond that, they generously gave us the extra sandwiches that were accidently added to the order. I greatly appreciate the honesty and generosity that was shown to me, especially since I probably wouldn’t have ever caught the error. Thank you Brooklyn Bagel!

A good selection of bagels, plus NYC bakery standards like ruglach and black & whites. Nice atmosphere. They’re not a real NY bagel but they’re the best I’ve had in Florida over 9 years.

First time eating here and I’ve never been to a place like this! The vibe and energy is good. The staff were friendly and fun. The place is very clean.
And most importantly, their Black Russian bagel is delicious. Perfectly kettled and baked.

Very sad that they couldn’t get a simple bagel with Taylor ham correct. I paid for double ham, they burned most of it. I’m also not sure how they managed the cut on the bagel. This was my first visit to this location. My usual location at PGA never disappoints, I think I’ll stick to that one.
