Chef Bobby is the best! We have been doing hibachi for over 40 years as our Christmas Eve tradition and Bobby was definitely one of our top chefs ever! He was incredibly entertaining and creative, and very attentive to the quality of the food. The filet mignon was delicious, perfectly seasoned, and each person’s temperature was perfect. We loved the vegetables! Thank you for such a lovely evening, Chef Bobby!

We came here for sushi and didn’t try the teppanyaki this time, but the overall experience exceeded my expectations! We tried two different rolls—a Chef Special (forgot the name) and a California roll—and both were amazing. The sashimi was also fresh and cut into nice, thick pieces. Definitely recommended! Will visit again soon.

I was on the fence with some of these reviews and the fact it’s located in a Hilton Hotel, but so glad we decided to give them a chance. Service was great. We ordered quite a bit of food including regular and spicy edamame, sashimi, three rolls, sushi tower, cucumber and seaweed salad. Everything came out at decent times allowing us to finish certain things with no rush. Our server was fun and friendly. Beer glasses were chilled which is great as well. Chase was great as our chef. We waited over 1 hour seated at our
Table for a chef with three kids. Highly disappointed with staff and manager they couldn’t care less that we waited over 60 minutes. We cant recommend and the manager isn’t worth much at all. We ate 12/23/25 with reservations booked a month prior and drove from Sedona. Cant recommend. Beyond disappointed.

When you go to a hibachi restaurant you expect a fantastic show, with great service and decent food. At this establishment you’ll get decent service with terrible food from the hibachi side, and show that is lacking. The so called “chef” we had was extremely under experienced. Overcooked meats, under seasoned everything, and just a pure lack of love for the craft of cooking. Take your special occasion elsewhere, because they obviously can’t hire competent hibachi chefs.
