My best friend and I hadn’t had lunch yet but it was only 4pm so we spontaneously decided to have an early dinner. I had noticed we were a near Burger King so in that moment I decided to give it another chance since the last one I went to wasn’t such a positive experience. Unfortunately, this Burger King also gave me a negative experience.
The food was cold when we received it. The employees were impatient. And it was really inconvenient how terrible the WiFi/cellular phone service was there.
I still appreciate the cheap prices. I also enjoyed the amount of customers that were eating in the restaurant. It is kid friendly. I liked their decor, same as the other Burger King in Windsor. Lastly, I found it very charming how they added crowns on all the tables for customers to put on if they choose.
Overall, cold food doesn’t satisfy a customers hunger. To the beautiful people of Sonoma county and visitors abroad I wouldn’t come here again.

the food is amazing actually, i love their original chicken sandwich. the price isn’t bad for the amount of food. the waiting time could be better but it’s not as bad as a neighboring burger fast food restaurant…the service is fine but there’s always something weird going on in the restaurant, i’ve gone twice after school this year and both times there was someone being odd. the first time there was a guy just screaming and talking to himself and me for some reason and the second time a guy came in and started doing pushups on the table.

I rarely eat at fast food restaurants and went here to find something. I had mozzarella sticks which we kinda small and burnt. The dip wasn’t that great either. The soft-serve vanilla ice-cream cone was delicious, and the drive-thru attendees were friendly and helpful. This is a convenient location if you like BK. Parking is easy and upfront and the line was almost nothing going through the drive through in the later afternoon.

This is the worst fast food restaurant in Santa Rosa. I wouldn’t even feed the homeless with their sorry looking burgers. All the appetizers are burned and hard as a rock.

Meh. Typical. The cashier who took my order was just radiating attitude and contempt. Don’t know what his problem was, but he was not a happy guy. Shouldn’t be up front. Food is the same as with most fast food places. Sloppily put together assembly line junk. Every once in a while you will find a place like this where you can tell the owner cares. This is not one of those places.

Great store. Friendly staff that is always in a decent mood. Lobby is always clean the dinning area is always clean.
There are a decent amount of homeless in the parking lot and the shopping center but just lock your doors like a normal person and you’re car will be fine.

Like most other Burger King’s. Good updated interior, clean tables. They were very fast at orders and friendly. My family and I met here before leaving town and my sister accidentally ordered the wrong menu # and they immediately replaced it without charge or questions. Its nice to see them taking care of customers like that. We will be meeting here again for a quick bite when visiting family.

Ordered online, and order was ready when I arrived at the drive-thru. As usual the order was correct. They even gave extra dipping sauces. This is why I like Burger King; they have long been great at getting custom orders correct.
