Stopped here at 6:45 AM for a breakfast burrito and immediately lost my appetite. The employee handling food was not wearing gloves, wiping his nose, coughing into his hands, and then going right back to touching food. Absolutely unacceptable and a serious health concern.
On top of that, the ingredients looked old and dried out, like they’d been sitting there for days. Nothing about this place felt clean, fresh, or safe.
Service was painfully slow as well. Watching someone move at a snail’s pace while handling food unsafely only made the experience worse.
This location seriously needs a health department inspection, and management needs to retrain their staff on basic food safety. Until then, I’d recommend finding another place to eat — or another job if food service standards can’t be met.

DISGUSTING! Ordered beef enchilada plate. Absolutely no beef and chewy. I now understand all the bad reviews and it’s my mistake trying this for lunch. For the price, I should have gone to Tijuana Flats. Definitely not recommended. Frozen microwave Mexican meals are better option!

If I could give zero stars I would. I deliver for Amazon and was waiting for the opening so excited and love this place(in Poinciana) but here in Wesley chapel I’m so ashamed of y’all. The portion of you food is what I would give my 5year old. Food is never fresh and when asking when you will have more of an item you get attitude from your workers and get told not til later. I asked for the three enchilada plate and got basically half of one. Today I got the picadillo mistake.

Chorizo and egg breakfast wasn’t bad. But wasn’t great. The steak tacos were terrible. Imagine chewing on rubber. How does a taco place upcharge for cheese. That 2 for $6 meal deal turned onto $9.50 what a joke. I would never eat taco bell but I’m sure it tastes better. The service is slow. Real slow. They didn’t have enough chicken to make one of tacos. So I was forced to get beef. Remi also couldn’t tell me whether or not hot sauce was available. It discovered it wasn’t. A taco place with no hot sauce. Lmao .

The workers are lazy. I asked for my bacon to get cooked longer because it was pink and the employee said we don’t usually do that for customers. No smiles just rude workers with attitudes and there is never eggs cooked. I wait at least 15 minutes everyday.

Customer service review. 5 stars for Preston! This young man is always polite and takes care of business. I go there for the horchata which is the best I’ve had in the country and I’m from south side Chicago. Another young lady there who makes the horchata is so nice as well. Thank you both for always smiling and being polite with great service!

I only get the steak or chicken fajita combo from here. It is decent. The girl taking my order, always gets my order wrong and is very rude. I try to tell her to make it in front of me, but she insists that she will remember. When I tell her she missed some stuff, she gives me a evil look.

This place is disgusting! The guy who made the tacos didn’t use a spoon to place the brown lettuce and a handful of diced tomatoes on the taco. Used his gloved hand instead. Then the cheese sauce was congealed and chunky and not from tomatoes. It was dry along the side of the pan and lumpy. So gross. Service was slow. I didn’t accept the food they offered. I’m proud I didn’t. Won’t be back.
