This place doesn’t know how to make a simple Lg iced coffee with regular cream and 5 caramel swirls. Coffee is too strong, never enough caramel of which you pay extra after 3, I complained to Manager after giving them way too many chances and got a “ we have all new employees “. Your new employees are not my problem. Management needs to train better and do better. Complained to owner as well, and did not get a response. They simply do not care.

Ordered our food and the door was locked at 8:20 and the line went all the way to the road. I’m not sure what full staff is, but there are five of them in there not sure what the holdup is.

This has got to be the worst dunkin in the country. The only reason they are in business is because of their location. Rate of success on fulfilling orders accurately hovers around 30%. Got burned on an incorrect order all 5 days this week. Finally said something and apparently it’s my fault. Time to start going to the farther one again…

Multiple times now I have come to this drive through, gotten half my stuff and then the person at the window just disappears to the back so I’m stuck sitting here for 5 minutes only for them to return and say “oh what are you waiting on?” THIS HAS HAPPENED THREE TIMES NOW?!?!

Every time I have gone in, the staff walk past me without even recognizing that I’m at the counter (i’m talking multiple staff each walking by me multiple times, no one acknowledging me). Countertops are full of coffee, etc. (would have only taken a quick wipe to make look so much better). Staff is overwhelmed and has poor customer service as a result. Wait times are very long. I drove 15 minutes to get a breakfast sandwich and some coffee and they weren’t accepting debit cards, with no sign on the cash register which would’ve kept me from waiting even longer (while they were not acknowledging me). So all of that and a waste of a trip.

Ella has great customer service best customer service I’ve received in a while my frozen coffee was great and she added a bit of love with it made my experience there amazing
