Floor needs sweeping.
Instead of men and women you have guest and employee only bathrooms, dumb.
Bathroom: cleaner than I expected, needs sweeping, looks like they mop, but also looks like they just leave the signs for wet floors up always? Toilet paper was a new roll, better than not having any but extremely difficult to unroll to grab even 1 square , poor roll quality like it doesn’t unroll easily for unknown corporate reasons…

The food is great, and the drive-thru usually moves at a decent pace. One of the better Del Tacos I’ve been to. Got short-changed on some carne asada fries once with a severe lack of carne asada, but I’ll honestly most likely return due to my love of the food. (Pic for ref (my fries vs my wife’s)).

How hard is it to check and make sure every item is in the bag before you hand it to the customer? Especially an online order. Quality control is horrible. I haven’t been to a Del Taco anywhere in years, but every time I give them a chance my order is always missing stuff. I’m tired of calling and complaining and given free food, that I paid for and use my gas to drive and get them, that you messed up on. That’s not free. You know who hasn’t screwed up my orders? Taco Bell. Peace out, Del Taco. It’s been a nightmare.

Every time I go here my order is wrong, I don’t know why I waste my time and money here. Never again. I would go here at least twice a week since I work close by. But no more, Thank You Lori.. in Drive Thru. If you say anything about your order being wrong they give you attitude.

Not a fan of Del Taco, but hubby loves it, I opted for the cheeseburger and fries. Got a burger with 1 patty cheese and a “TON” of ketchup. No lettuce or tomato, or onion. And the bun was very stale. I realize you specialize in Mexican fair, but come on, you can’t make a effort to put all the ingredients on? Not happy to say the least.

This app *ucking sucks! The snack tacos they show hard tacos but they make you order soft you have to go into the store and tell them to make them soft which is stupid. And your rewards don’t show up in the checkout. So go to Taco Bell *uck del Taco!

The inside service sucks. They serve all the drive they while you wait 20 minutes or more for a basic burrito. Next time I will go to the drive thru then take my food inside. The NEw bacon Cali assault burrito is fire.

OMG….Do NOT go to this place. This is the worst Del Taco I have ever seen. The food was terrible. Old tortillas, very little cheese, Small portions. No Cashier only kiosk. Bathrooms locked up, but can’t ask the cashier (there is none). Playground is closed. Most tables were dirty or had trash left on them. It took 15 minutes to get our small order, but the drive thru kept moving fine (our order was ignored). Very little sauce given and the employees act like it is a bother to help me. Who ever owns this place, doesn’t know what they are doing.
